Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk to you about the fact that you still have to do the work.



I know that a lot of people go into home based business, a lot of people go into network marketing because they want the freedom. They want the independence, they want to work when they feel like they want to work, they want to be their own boss, they don't want anybody to tell them what to do and so on. And I understand that completely.

Look, we all I think, most of us come into business for that, we want to make more money and we want to be independent. We want to be our own boss, but what you have to understand at the same time, this business is called network marketing. It's not called net sit marketing, net hang around marketing. net don't just quit marketing. It's called net work marketing, because you have to put the work in, there is no magic pill.

You can go to all the trainings in the world, you can hire the most expensive coaches in the world, you can read all the books that you can, at the end of the day, you will still going to have to do the work. I know that network marketing sometimes has been sold as do nothing, make millions, but that doesn't exist. It doesn't matter what business you'll join. It doesn't matter what industry you'll go to.

You'll have to do the work everywhere. Whether you're going to become a doctor, whether you're going to have a construction company, whether you're going to do network marketing or whatever else you're going to decide to do, you're going to have to do the work in all of those areas. There's just not a magic pill. It's just not a magic way of doing it. Even if you're a celebrity, even if you're an actor or a singer, or whatever, guess what, you still have to do the work. When you come to network marketing, when you start your home based business, don't be surprised that, “Hey, whoa.” There's a lot of work to be done.

You will still going to have to do the work, but of course, if you do it in the right way, in network marketing, you can make a lot more money than in most traditional jobs. But no training will replace work. It's both. Both are required. You can't just do the work and no personal development. And you can't do just personal development and no work. It doesn't work either way. If you just do the work and no personal development, you will reach a limit. You will reach a ceiling where you and your business cannot grow anymore because you are not growing yourself.

On the other hand, if you're just doing personal development, then you become what we call an information junkie, you have all the information in the world, you have all the knowledge in the world, but you're not making any money because in order for your business to actually give you money, you have to do the work, not just personal development.

It’s a balance of the two, but the work is required guys, you can get the best coaches, best trainers, best teachers in the world, they cannot do the work for you. It's similar like when you hire a personal trainer in the gym, if you go to the gym and hire personal trainer, all the personal trainer can do is motivate you, tell you what to do, show you effective strategies, but at the end of the day, your personal trainer can't do the sit-ups for you to get that six pack on your body. I wish they could, I’d pay good money for that.

But it doesn't work like that. You have to do the sit-ups, you have to do the work in the gym in order to get the body that you want. The personal trainer can't do it for you, even if they wanted to. Same way in your business, you might have the best sponsor, the best leader, the best upline mentorship, but if you don't do the work, they can't do squat for you.

They can't help you get to where you want to go. That’s my tip for today to you guys to decide to do the work. Start putting in a certain amount of time every single day into growing your business and you will see the results. I promise you that, maybe not day one, maybe not day two, maybe not day three, but you will get the results eventually. And that's my wish for you.
