You can’t FAIL in network marketing
I want to talk about the fact that you cannot fail in network marketing. If
you want to find out why keep watching this. The title of this blog is you
can't fail in network marketing. What do I mean and why do I say that?
Well
think about it. You can fail in a job, right? If you have a job, you can get
fired, and if you get fired, that's pretty much failure. Or you can get made
redundant, like company doesn't need you anymore, they get rid of you.
In the job, you can actually fail. What about if you have a traditional
business, but if you have a traditional business, again, you can fail. If the
business doesn't work out, if you don't make enough money, if you don't get
enough clients, you can go bankrupt, and you have to close the doors of the
business. That's it. It's failed, right? It's a failure, right?
What about
franchise, in a franchise you can fail too, it can get shut down, etcetera. But
if you think about network marketing, how do you fail in network marketing?
Like you can't fail in it because like, you haven't invested anything, you
bought a kit for 100 quid. That's not an investment. Nobody can fire you from
network marketing. Nobody can make you redundant because it's your own
business. You're self employed, right? So like there’s no way of failing in
network marketing unless you stop doing it.
The only way to fail in network marketing is actually to stop doing it. So the
only way to fail in network marketing is to actually stop doing it. The only
way you can fail, the only way you can make your failure permanent is if you
stop doing it. But if you keep doing it, you still have a chance of starting to
make money, you still have a chance of building a successful team, you still
have a chance of getting great results.
Like one of my favourite stories is
this lady called Amy, who been in network marketing for 17 years, 17 years and
in 17 years, she made $3,000 not $3,000 a month, in the whole of 17 years, she
made $3,000. So you could say, she's a failure. She hasn't made any money, she
wasted 17 years of her life, right? After 17 years, she became a million dollar
earner. She's now making more than a million dollars a year.
Interesting,
isn't it? Imagine if she quit after 15 years. She could have said, “Ah, wasted
15 years of my life.” But she didn’t. She kept going. She kept going. She kept
going until everything fell into place and she started making money. Now she's
extremely successful. But you never know when it's going to happen. But if you
quit, then that makes it permanent. That makes it guaranteed.
But let me ask
you a question, in the job that you do right now, if you have a normal job, what's
the chance that 17 years from now, your company will pay you a million pounds a
year or a million dollars a year in your job? By the way, a million a year is
about 83,000 a month. So what's the chance that if you work in your job that
you work right now, work hard, wear the hat, say, “Hey, McDonald's,” or
whatever job you have, what's the chance that in 17 years from now, your
company will pay you 83,000 a month? In most people's jobs, that is not
possible. That cannot happen? Like it's impossible for it to happen.
In
a network marketing business, it can. It can definitely happen. Now, is it a
guarantee? No, it's an opportunity. So it's an opportunity for you to build
your business. It's an opportunity for you to make a lot of money. It’s an opportunity
for you to work hard, but it's not guarantee that you'll get it unless you put
in the time and effort, but at least there is an opportunity. In most
people's jobs, it doesn't exist. It's impossible to do that.
