Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk a little bit about patience, and doing the things when it seems it's not working. The title of this blog is that you can't connect the dots looking forward.



You can only connect the dots looking backwards, once the data already in place. What does that mean? Very often, when you're building your business, it looks like what you're doing is not working because you don't see the immediate effect; you don't see the immediate result. And you think, “Oh my gosh, this is not working. My business is not working, maybe it's not for me, maybe it's not going to work out, maybe I should quit.”  And a lot of people do exactly that.

They don't stay in the business long enough to actually see it working. And they quit, because you can't connect the dots. But very often, when you go through struggles, when you go through challenges, when you go through difficulties, in the end, when you get the result, you look back and you say, “Oh my gosh, all of those things happened for a reason. All of those things made me to learn a lesson, helped me to understand something. And in the end, all of that built me into a person that I am today. All of that experience, all of those challenges, all of those problems have helped me to build the character that I had to build in order to become successful in my business.”

Don’t worry if right now what you're doing doesn't seem to be working. Don't worry, if it doesn't look like it's giving you the result, stay on the course, keep doing what you need to be doing. A good number is 1000. People send three messages and they go, “Oh, nobody joined my business. Maybe it's not working.” Or they do free videos, and they go, “Oh, nobody's joining my business. Maybe the videos are not working.” A good number 1000. If you’ve sent 1000 messages and nobody joined, maybe the message is not working. If you did 1000 presentation and nobody joined, maybe you need to change the presentation.

But until then, just keep going, just keep doing and most of the time, you'll get the results. You won't need 1000, trust me, but just stay on the course. And you'll see when you look back, you'll say, “Oh my gosh, all of those things were actually working, all of that those things were actually there for a reason.”
