topic is you are the price. And what do I mean by that?
Is that very often I see people in network marketing who don't value themselves enough. There are more people that have problems than there are people who have solutions. And I see all too often that people in network marketing arena, in a home based business arena, sort of put the value down. They start begging people to join the business. They start begging people to buy their products, when the reality is, they are the prize. If you have an opportunity that can change somebody's life, if you have a product that can change somebody's life, then you are the prize, not the prospect. There's a big difference.
You have the solution to their problem. You have a solution to whatever is not giving them peace at night. So why would you beg somebody to join your business or buy your product? Why would you be apologetic, “Oh, I'm terribly sorry to waste your time, but could I please, please ask you to take?” No, you shouldn't do that. You are the prize, you have the solution to that person's problem, you have a solution towards a better life for that person to behave like that. You should have a posture, you should have a self confidence to position yourself and to present whatever it is that you want to present in a way where you're confident that that thing will help that person. And if that person doesn't want whatever you have to offer, then it's their loss. It's not your loss.
Do you understand? You have 7 billion on this planet, you are never going to run out of people to talk to about your business or your product. But they, if they say no to your product or to your opportunity, nobody else might offer it to them. So they are refusing the solution to their own problem. It is not your loss. It is their loss. You are the prize. You are the solution to their challenge to their problem. Stop apologizing, stop begging, you are the CEO of your business. You are in control of your life and your business.
You are the solution to the challenge. Offer it. Your job is to offer it, if they say no, it’s their loss, its okay, you move on to the next person. Never beg, never apologize. Never think that they are doing you a favor by joining your business or buying your product.
