Why look for people who USED to do Network Marketing?
I want to share very quickly with you an interesting idea, and the question
of this blog is why you should go for people who used to be in network marketing.
So some of you may think, oh, I don't want to recruit people who used to be in
network marketing and didn't get results and didn't make the money. And maybe
they even have some bad experience with network marketing. I should leave those
people alone. I wouldn't if I were you.
Why? Few reasons. First of all, if
somebody's already was in network marketing, guess what, it’s just a matter of
time before they get into network marketing again, because once somebody is
mind is exposed to this incredible opportunity and to be able to earn 10, 20, 50
times more than what you earn in your job, there is no way that that person
will go back to the job and be happy, just making a minimum wage, just be
happy, just earning an hourly salary. So most of the time, those people will
keep looking for an opportunity, they'll keep looking for a way to earn that
great income. So that's number one.
Number
two, most people who done network marketing before, they did not quit because
of network marketing. They're not upset with network marketing. The reason why
they probably quit was because they didn't get trained properly. They didn't
get proper support and proper explanation and the right help to actually work
in the business. So you could approach that person and say, “Hey look, I know
you didn't get enough support, I know you didn't get enough help in your
previous business, but if I supported you, if I helped you, if I gave you all
the tools and support, would you give network marketing another goal and reach
the results that you always wanted to reach and get the income, the helping
other people party?” And guess what?
Most people who've been in
network marketing before, they will say yes, they'll say, “Okay, let me have a
look.” Because they have that entrepreneurial bone in their body. They’ve had
the seed planted in their head, but because that doesn't already been in
network marketing, nine times out of 10, they've already got some experience, they've
already got some knowledge, they already got some skills, so you have less work
to do as a leader to get that person up to speed and working in your business.
