Why ILT is so IMPORTANT in home based business?

One of the best strategies for personal and business growth is ILT.
ILT stands for INVEST - LEARN - TEACH
Firstly, if you don't like your present results or where you are in life at the moment you need to make a decision to CHANGE something. Because if you do the same thing over and over and expect a different result it is the first sign of insanity.
So if you decided to change your current situation then the best thing to do is to start changing yourself by INVESTING in you. It will definitely require investment of TIME to read books, attend seminars, listen to audio programmes, watch video programmes and so on to start GROWING yourself and sometimes it will also require investment of MONEY as some of these courses and books will not be free.
Secondly, once you have invested the money and time you have to LEARN it. It might sound crazy but there are thousands of people who invest into programmes, buy books and NEVER actually use the information they have purchased. They either don't even read, watch or listen to the programmes they have purchased, or they do read, listen and watch them but then take no ACTION to actually put it into practice.
For me the word LEARN means study it and then apply it to get results.
Then finally you have to TEACH it. Because the best way to learn something is to teach it to other people. You have to understand the concepts very well in order to be able to transfer that knowledge to another person. If you are a leader in business you should make a HABIT of sharing everything that you learn to your team. If you are reading a book, take notes, highlight important ideas and concepts and then share with your team. If you at a seminar or watching a video programme always have your notebook with you and make notes so that you can share the information later. "The bluntest pencil is sharper than the sharpest mind" and "It's better to have a short pencil than a long memory" both of these quotes sums up nicely that you you make notes you will remember but if you just listen to it you will forget it.
