Why do you need to TEACH?

I want to talk to you about why you need to teach and learning from all different aspects about building a home based business about building a large group in your business, working with leaders, and many other aspects of becoming successful in network marketing, and making great income.

So I'm looking forward to learning all of that. But even more than that, I'm actually looking forward to sharing all of what we're going to be learning over the next four days with you guys. Now, why do I want to share it with you? Well, I'm a nice guy, right? B
ut that's not the reason why I actually want to share what I'm learning with you.

Actually I have a selfish reason to share with you what I'm learning. And the selfish reason is that one of the best ways to understand what you are learning is to actually share it with other people. Because you can go to training or you can read a book or you can watch a program and sort of understand it, I've watched it. I've been to that training. I get it, I understand it, right. But do you understand it, the best way to test if you understand something, is for you to teach somebody else. Because in order for you to teach somebody, what you've learned, you really have to understand it. Because you have to then verbalize it and explain it in a way that the other person could understand it.

Now, if you didn't understand it fully, there's no way you're going to teach another person that particular concept. So that's where the benefit comes in or actually teaching other people and I believe if you want to become successful in your home based business in network marketing, you definitely want to start teaching people what you are learning because this way, you will have to make sure that you yourself, understand it fully. Because if you don't understand your company's marketing plan, how can you explain it to somebody? If you don't understand your products, how can you explain to somebody? If you don't understand how to recruit, build a team, close, invite, prospect and so on. How can you teach your team members, it's very difficult to do?

So my advice for you is everything that you're learning try to find an opportunity to teach somebody else what you've just learned. If you read a book, try and convey what you've learned from that book to somebody else. If you attended a course, try and teach somebody else, what you've learned in that course because in doing so you will actually deepen your understanding of that particular concept. You start understanding, it's even more yourself and it doesn't have to be, audience of are hundreds of people to teach, right? Like, if you have a huge team, awesome teach to your huge team. But if you're just getting started, if you only got a couple of people in your team, that's cool. That's no problem.

You can literally attend a training seminar or something and go back, sit down at the coffee table with your two three team members and just teach them what you've learned. Just go over your notes just explain the biggest takeaways from that training that just give them the nuggets, the best things that you picked up from that training and you'll see how they will actually benefit from that so your team will grow faster, your team members will be able to recruit more, sell more, do more which will benefit you anyway but also you will understand the concepts much better now because you had to teach somebody else. That's the reason why I would highly recommend you to always teach what you're learning.

That’s my training and tip for you. Hope you got value some value in this blog post, if you did, feel free to share it with other people.
