Why COACHING is important?

When it comes to coaching there are so many benefits it's hard to mention them all, but here are my few favourite reasons why I use coaching:

Firstly, when you have a coach you get a different perspective on things. It is so easy when you are so involved in what you are doing to become stuck where you don't see an obvious way to solve a problem or challenge, but very often when you have a coach they can provide a point of view of an outsider and very often that is exactly what you need to breakthrough.

Secondly, hiring a personal coach as opposed to just consuming free content of the same coach is that you get a personalised solution. When a coach does free videos or webinars he makes them general so that the whole audience would get the benefit, but when a coach works personally with you they can tailor make the solutions for your particular business and your particular situation which makes it much easier to apply.

What you need to understand is that even the most successful sportsmen, business men, singers, actors and so on have coaches. Usually they have multiple coaches for different areas of their lives. And the coach doesn't even have to be better than you in all areas of life, but they might be better in one area that you want to improve on. Think about it. Usain Bolt is the fastest man on the planet but even he has a coach, now his coach can't run as fast as him so what is the point of having a coach then, the point is that the coach can provide a different perspective and give him advice on how to become even faster.

Lastly, you have to learn from other people's mistakes as your life is too short to make all the mistakes by yourself, having a coach that can teach you about the mistakes they have done and teach you how to avoid those mistakes can shave off years of your learning curve and get you results a lot faster.

Here is a video where I go into more detail:
