I want to share a quick thought about what to do if you have big team. Of
course more people have smaller teams than bigger teams. But if you are blessed
to have a larger team, maybe you have 100 people, 200 people, 1000, couple of
thousand people, what can you do and of course, you can do very many things.
But today, I just wanted to share one quick strategy that can help you really boost the results in your business and really boost the turnover of your business and the earnings. And that's tap rooting, which means going in depth.
A lot of people don't see the forest through the trees. What I mean by that is that they don't see the potential in their team through the front line. So they’re only looking at the people that they're working directly with and they say, “Well, this person is inactive. This person hasn't got ambition, this person doesn't want to do anything. What can I do?” You can go deep. So you can talk to their team members and their team members and their team members until you find somebody deep down in your organization who is on fire. And then you start working with that person to get that whole team on fire. Because guess what? Any leader when they see that somebody in the downline started recruiting massively, started building massively, will get their motivation back as well.
If you are a big leader, yeah, keep recruiting new people, keep looking for new customers, keep doing all the things you've been doing up until now, but also add a strategy into your daily method of operation have always head hunting, of always looking for talent deep within your team, go through your genealogy and see the points, see the turnover, see the recruits and if you see somebody who's been recruiting actively, who's been doing a lot of points, a lot of turnover, reach out to that person. Yeah, there's a chance that they will not want to talk to you. Yeah, there's a chance that they won't even pick up the phone or there is a chance that they will not respond to you, but if they do respond, hey, you might just be on to the another rock star in your business.
So you can reach out to them and say, “Hey, you probably don't know about me, I'm few levels up in your leadership, but you are in my team and I can see you super active, I would love to assist you and help you if there's anything I can do for you. If I if there's anything that I can advise you on, just know that hey, I'm here as well to support you.” And you might as well find the next huge leader in your organization. So that's just a quick thought. Just a quick strategy.
