Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk about what do rich people do differently in order to become rich and stay rich, while a lot of the poor people don't do those things, and that's why they stay poor. What do rich people do differently to most of the other people?



The first thing that rich people do, they live below their means, which means they spend less than they earn. Now I know it sounds straightforward, but guess what? Most people don't do that way. Most people spend more than they earn or they spend everything, what they earn. And very often, they use credit cards and other tools to get into more debt, to spend even more money than what they are making. On the other hand, what rich people do, they always spend less than what they earn. And that's a habit that's a discipline that you can discipline yourself to develop to.

Second thing the rich people invest up to 20% of their income. That means for every 10 pounds that they earn, they invest two found somewhere, it might be into stocks and shares, it might be into retirement funds, pension funds, it might be into life insurance, it might be to million other things that you can invest your money in. But rich people start putting the money away, they start putting money to work, they start investing in order to have the money later on to come in so they could live.

And finally, rich people have the fund, which will finance them to live long after they stopped working. So rich people have enough money to stop working and carry on living on that money for the next 10 years. And that's not the money they got from, inherited from somebody. I'm talking first generation rich, what these people do, they put the money aside and invest that money in order to one day retire and have enough money to live on that for the next 10 years or more. What poor people do most of the time they live on that day, they spend everything they earn and then when the retirement age comes, they can't retire because they've got no money set aside. They've got no plans in motion to keep receiving money after they stop working. So these are the three things I wanted to share with you.
