Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

This topic is about make your journey into a reality show. Now what do I mean by that?



What I mean by that is that if you're in home based business, if you're in network marketing, I bet that you want to grow your team, you want to become a leader, you want the duplication to happen in your business. So if you want your business to grow, if you want your business to develop, then one of the cool strategies that you can do, is to decide to double your business.

What I mean by that, let's say you've hit a certain rank in your company up until today, which whatever your effort or whatever you did, so decide to do it again, to double it. So if you've got three legs of significance, decide to build six, another three. If you go five strong legs, then you decide to build another five groups, and so on, but you just don't do that in secret. While you do, you create a group or, best probably would be like a group where your team members are in and you say to your team members, “What I'm going to do, I'm going to do it again, I'm going to build it again.” So up until today, I've built five legs, I'm going to do it all over again, one; to show you guys that it's possible to do.

Two; I'm going to show you how I'm doing it. So I'm going to do, I'm going to turn my progress into a reality show. So I'll be sharing with you my ups and my downs, my journey, what am I doing, how am I doing it, etcetera, every single day on this group. So this is going to be like my little reality show and I'll show you how I'm doing it. If you're interested, just follow my journey. You can learn from me, you can do it together with me. So what you’re doing now, you’re turning on a camera using your phone or somebody else is filming you or photoing you and you're documenting your journey.

You’re showing to your team exactly what you're doing. So you showed some products stick a picture of it, you know you did a business presentation, do a little picture of it, you learned something new, stick a video, tell them what did you learn, you read a book, you attended a training, whatever. So you take people on your journey, and you're documenting it. So it becomes a training tool in itself because your team members can be following you around with the help of that group and see, “Okay she did free presentations today. Okay, she met with two customers today. Okay, she just read another book this week,” so you’re taking people on your journey.

So it's double sided. One it makes you more committed, because now since you told everybody you're going to do it, you have to do it right. So it takes a bit of balls. It takes a bit of courage. It takes a bit of commitment to it. But on the other hand, it creates an incredible training tool for your existing team because now they're going to know, “Oh my Gosh, this person is not just sitting there. Once they achieved a relaxing, they actually in the trenches, they're in the field, they're doing what I need to be doing.” So you can give them ideas, you can give them inspiration, you can give them that motivation needed to go and do the same thing. You know what I mean?

So turn your business into a reality show, turn your project into a reality show, don't just do it as if because a lot of you who are reading this blog post, you are already leaders in your companies, you already have teams, and you do all that work anyway, you're doing those presentations, you’re meeting those customers, you’re reading those books and attending those trainings, but you do a lot of it in secret. You don't show it to other people, you don't publish your work, which you should do, because that's not about bragging. It's about showing example to your team. It's about showing example to your people and you can imagine the value in that.
