I want to talk about the WIN formula. What’s the WIN formula?

Well, the WIN formula stands for what's important now. It’s a formula to re-evaluate what you're doing. Me and my mentor, we call it the inventorization. Once in a while, maybe once a month, or once every couple of weeks, we sit down and we say okay, what's working? And what needs to be improved? What is okay? And what is not so okay?

We work out what we can do to improve the game, because too many people sleep on the laurels. They start getting decent results and then they just relax. They just think oh, that's fine. If it's okay, let's just leave it. And most cases, it definitely is true. If it isn’t broke, don't fix it. But when it comes to building your business and progressing in your business, you always need to be asking yourself that question, that WIN question, what's important now?

Because right now might be a certain thing important. What's important now, well, the Christmas sales are coming up. The Christmas season is in now. People will be buying presents. What’s important now, maybe Christmas sales, maybe thinking of campaigns to do for Christmas. But then after Christmas, what's important then? Maybe weight loss, after that, maybe income opportunity, because people have used all the money on their credit cards to buy all the presents. And in January, then they want to make some money. Then we offer the income opportunity.

What’s important then? Maybe Valentine's Day, and so on, and so on. You can always re-evaluate your business. Maybe not every day, of course, but maybe every month or so, you should ask yourself this question. What's important now? What's important now in my team? What’s important now in my structure? What's important now in my business? What’s important now in my sales? You can think of what do you need to do right now? What's the priority? What's the most essential things that need to get your attention right now, in order to get better results? If you do that, this way, you can keep improving. If you just sit and go, “Hey, it's all working anyway. So what's the point? What's the point even thinking about it?” Then you will miss out on opportunities.

You always need to be evaluating your business and revaluing and making it better and better and better and better and always improving. Look at the top companies out there. The Amazons of this world, the Apples of this world, the other big companies, what do they do? They keep on improving, they keep on improving. Look at your social media, look at Facebook, look at Instagram, what do they do? They keep putting new updates, they keep changing things up, they keep spicing it up to make it better and better and better. Why? Because they're a business because they're making money from it. And that's why they keep asking themselves the same question. What's important now? What’s important for people right now? And then they improve. Same thing for you, have a think about it, what's important right now for your business?
