The ripple effect how you do anything is how you do everything

I wanted to talk about the ripple effect. This blog post is very simple and very quick but totally important.

Very often I talk to people and they say, “Well, I suck in business, but I'm great at other things. I suck in this one thing, but I'm cool in other areas.” But actually, you are like a stone thrown into a pond. If I took a stone and thrown it into the water, what would happen?

The ripples will start coming out and where do the ripples go, which direction to the ripples go? All the directions. So if you throw the stone in the water, the ripples go all the ways. So usually what you'll find, if you're a mess in relationships, then you'll be a mess in other areas of your life too. If you're struggling with one area of your life, you will usually struggle with other areas as well. If you're not disciplined in your business, then you're most likely not going to be disciplined in your diet, in your exercise, in your relationships, etcetera. You know what I mean?

So like the T Harv Eker. He says, “How you do anything, is how you do everything.” So if you want to improve your life on a grander scale, you want to work on all the areas of your life. See, where am I struggling, because improving one area of your life doesn't just improve that area of your life, it actually improves all the other areas of your life too. So sometimes it may look silly, but sometimes sorting to your diet, or the food that you eat, improving that might improve other areas of your life, because improving what you eat might improve how you sleep, which will then improve amount of energy you have, which then improves how much work you do in your business and how many results you get in your business.

You get what I'm saying, if you improve your exercise, maybe your body vitality, that again, that discipline of doing something every single day, physical, then would enable you to discipline yourself to do mental work in your business too every day. So, improving other areas of your life can indirectly affect your business life too. So if you're struggling in your business, for whatever reason, think about, yeah, I can improve my business but what else do I need to improve to really help myself in business too?

That’s my training and tip for you. Hope you got value some value in this blog post, if you did, feel free to share it with other people.
