Take time to meditate and read

I want to talk about a part of my morning routine.

Very often people ask me, “Well Gediminas, how do you come up with all of these ideas? How do you come up with topics to talk about? And how do you come up with ideas for trainings and things like that?” So today I wanted to very quickly share with you how do I do it and where all of these ideas come from. Today’s blog topic is take time to meditate and read.

Sometimes it might look like the time you take to read books, or the time you take to meditate is a waste of time. Like, “Oh my gosh, I could be calling people, I could be messaging people, I could be doing something. And now I'm just sitting there reading.” Sometimes it may look like it's a waste of time that you're not actually using your time productively.

But I've seen it time and time and again, where when I get into this routine of running around, you get up straightaway go start calling, start messaging people, then you feel like, “Oh my gosh, I'm struggling for ideas.” But every time when you actually get up, and I do spend time to read a book, then I start In 15 minutes meditating with just a fancy word for thinking, where you just turn your phone's off, you can set like an alarm clock for 15 minutes, you close your eyes, and you just don't move for 15 minutes, like you sit still for 15 minutes, you allow your brain to think.

And when you allow your brain to think, loads of ideas come, you start thinking, oh, I could do this, I could do that, and very often, I spent 15 minutes thinking and I just can't wait for 15 minutes to finish because I've got so many ideas that I want to write down, what I want to talk about, what I want to do, projects, ideas, trainings, and things like that.

My advice for you, if you're struggling for ideas, if you're struggling for a new plan or for the new way or whatever, just give your brain, give your mind some time to think. And the two best practices to come up with new ideas for me personally, is either reading or like watching a training or meditating. Just sitting still for a minute, and letting your brain to come up with ideas, because very often people don't do that too much, they either sitting in front of TV, or they sitting in front of a laptop, or they're sitting in front of a phone and constantly, their brain is being bombarded with information so it has no time to actually stop and think for a minute. So it may sound very, very simple, but I promise you, if you start doing this practice in the mornings, you'll see how many ideas you'll come up, you won't have enough time to apply everything, what you will think of.

That’s my training and tip for you. Hope you got value some value in this blog post, if you did, feel free to share it with other people. If you would like more amazing trainings check out “Network Marketing Success Training” group
