want to talk a little bit about patience, and doing the things when it seems
it's not working. The title of this blog is that you can't connect the dots
looking forward.
You can only connect the dots looking backwards, once the data
already in place. What does that mean? Very often, when you're building your
business, it looks like what you're doing is not working because you don't see
