Today I want to talk to you about speaking with your team members about their goals because too many leaders are talking about their own goals, not their team members goals, and it is a bit crazy if you go to your team and go, “Hey, I need to reach this level, can you please do some more? Hey, I want to hit this rank, can you please sell some more?” Doesn't make much sense, does it?
