want to talk about putting a bulletproof vest on your team member. What do I
mean when I talk about bulletproof vest?
So imagine somebody goes to a police
academy, they graduate from the police academy; they start working as a
policeman or a police woman and the first day they go out on the job, there's a
shootout, there's a fire fight. They get into a shootout and they don't have a
vest and they get shot. That's it. End of their career on day one, isn't it?
Because they didn't have the vest...
