EXAMPLESHIP instead of Leadership? ?

I want to talk about exampleship is that even a word? I don't think it's a word, but somebody made it up, and I'll just roll with it; exampleship versus leadership.



Very often, leaders, they just want to be managers, they want to be telling people what to do and not all leaders are like that, and some leaders are really doing the work. But the problem is with both; the leaders who are just telling other people what to do, and leaders who are just doing what they need to do is that both of thes...
