Awesome way to run a CONTEST for your team!

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, November 20, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about a great way to run a contest for your team. What is a great way to run a contest?

There are many different ways how to run different contests. And I'm a fan of contests where people get to enter draw, for example, maybe there's a prize draw, and everybody who recruits one, gets a ticket or sells a product, gets a ticket. This way, it's not only the top three who always win everything, but everybody gets the chance to participate in the prize draw, maybe win the prize.

I als...

Why you DON’T want people to say YES to you?!

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, November 20, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about why you don't want people to say yes to you. Today’s title is why you don't want people to say yes to you.

Well, that's strange Gediminas because I do want them to say, yes, and join my business, yes, and buy my product. And I understand. But there's a deeper thought behind this thing. You don't want people to say yes to you and join your business, you want people to say I can do it. A lot of people in the home based business arena are in the convincing mode.

How do I con...

How to get more people to join your Facebook group?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about how to get more people to join your Facebook group.

You have a Facebook group, maybe that's a product group for your customers, maybe it's a business opportunity group, maybe it's a hobby group or a special interest group or whatever group you're trying to grow. And of course, you want more people joining your group and interacting. You don't just want any people to join, but you want good quality people to join your group. And you want loads of them. But how can you get t...

Good question to ask if you struggle to CLOSE

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to give you a good question to ask, if you struggle with closing because some people, they don't feel that comfortable at the end of the presentation or the end of a meeting when they have to get a decision from the prospect, they don't really feel nice having to get the person to give them the decision.

But most of the time it’s just about knowing what to ask and what to say. And a great question to ask, especially at the end of the presentation, a person asked a question, they asked...

Are you a SPONSOR or a RECRUITER?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about sponsoring versus recruiting. What's the difference because some people look at it as synonyms?

It's the same thing. But there's actually a difference between being a recruiter or a sponsor. What I mean by that is the recruiter for me is somebody who just recruits people, but sort of leaves them to their own devices, doesn't really look after them, doesn't really train them, doesn't really support them, etcetera. Whereas a sponsor, on the other hand, is somebody who brings...

How do you get MORE people to WILLINGLY give you their MONEY?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk to you about how do you get more people to willingly give you their money. So even this title, does it make you feel a bit uncomfortable? How do you get more people to give you their money willingly? Does that make you feel like, “Whoa! Is this even okay to talk about that? Is this even ethical? Calm down, hear me out.

Think about the wealthiest people in the world, the richest people in the world what do they do? They get other people to give them money. Like, if I asked you,...

How to find more customers and business partners on social media?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about how to find more team members and more customers on social media. Lately, a lot of people ask, they say, “Look, because of all the situation, we're spending less time with other people, we’re meeting less new people. So there's less communication, there's less live communication, how can we find more customers and more team members on social media?”

Now, I understand that you’re meeting less people face to face; but to say that there is less live communication, tha...

What to do when something BAD happens in your business?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, September 10, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about what to do when something bad happens in your business.

Now, if you are committed, if you are serious about doing this, becoming an entrepreneur and building your own business, then you're going to be doing it for the next 10, 20, 30 years. Now, if you're going to be doing it for the next 10, 20, 30 years, it's not if something bad will happen in your business, it's when something bad will happen in your business. It’s like, unavoidable. It will happen. Like it's Murphy'...

When should a new person create their group

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about, when should a new person that joined your team create the first group. When should a new person that joined the team create their Facebook group?

Now depends about what group are we talking about. If we're talking about a team training group, then I would highly recommend for a new person to keep using the leaders training group because that group is already active. There's already loads of people there because I've seen it too often when a new person joins the business a...

I want to talk about relationships and how does that affect your business building. The title of this blog, the person who cares the least controls the relationship.

And it is very true and many people have found it to be true in personal relationships, but I'm not going to talk about that today. Even though that's very true, you can read up about that. So if you having troubles in your personal relationships, might be something to look in to. But the same rule applies in your business buildin...

The KEY to the VAULT ?

I want to talk to you about the key to the vault, about everything that you have ever desired becoming a reality. The topic is the key to the vault. Now what vault is Gediminas talking about? The vault I'm talking about is the vault where all of your dreams, goals and desires lay in.

The vault, inside of it is everything that you have ever wanted in your life. And that's what we like to call the definite major purpose in life. You see, many people set goals, but the goals are simply too small....

1 hour a day for 5 years!

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Monday, June 8, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about becoming an expert. I was listening to the good old John Maxwell today and he shared one of the concepts that I had some time ago. But it was a reminder today that it takes one hour a day for five years to become an expert at something.

He said his story was about leadership. He's now like the number one leadership guru in the world, because he's written like 100 books about leadership. He's done seminars and he's like the leadership guy in the whole world. But he said, ...

The Law of Momentum

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about the law of momentum. I want to very quickly talk about the law of momentum. Now, what is the law of momentum?

Well, the law of momentum states that a body in motion stays in motion and the body that is not in motion remains not in motion. So what does it mean? It means that if you stay ready, you don't have to get ready. I meet so many people say, “Well, when I get ready, I'll start doing my Facebook live videos. Yeah, when I get ready. Yeah. When I get ready, I'll start...

I want to talk about asking the right questions when it comes to speaking with your prospects. How can I start a conversation?

There are different ways how you can start conversations with people but of course I enjoy questions that involve about the lifestyle, about their job, about their dreams or the free time. ...

I wanted to talk about laziness. Why are you being lazy? I'm going to tell you why you're being lazy. Believe it or not, I might have an answer to that. The title of this blog is that everyone is lazy when they're failing.

You see, most people are not lazy in essence, like they're not lazy by nature. Like they don't want to be lazy. But what happens is, when you don't know what to do, when you’re struggling to get results, when you're not making money, when you're not getting the customers, ...

Best way to TEACH a team member

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Monday, April 13, 2020, In : Personal Development

I wanted to talk about the best way to teach your team member something. They say, “Say and I will forget, show and I will remember. Let me do it, and I will understand.”

The mistake that a lot of Network Marketing Leaders make and I was one of those people when I first got started in network marketing is that I used to tell people what to do. “Oh you go do that blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. All you need to do is this, that and the other.” And I couldn't understand why my team members ...

What you do a little your team will do a lot!

I want to talk about duplication in not so positive way, so a negative duplication in your business. The title of this blog is what you do a little your team will do a lot.

Now, this is basically a negative duplication in your business. As a leader you have to be aware that you are teaching your team members how to behave, as a leader you’re showing them what is acceptable to do. Any negative behaviour, any negative habits that you practice, your team will duplicate it out of proportion.

A sign of a GOOD network marketing business

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Monday, February 24, 2020, In : Personal Development

What is the sign of a good network marketing company?

Well, it's very, very easy. A sign of a good network marketing company is to ask yourself a question, would you use this product that the company offers if it wasn't for the network marketing business? Would you use this product if it wasn't for the network marketing business.

So for example, if your company has a product, that you would buy this product anyway, even if there was no business attached to it, even if there was no compensation,...

Three way calling has been around time immemorial as well. So leaders have been using free recording for a very long time, using phones, using other technology to get on a three way call. So what is a three way call? Well, three way call typically, is where your team member finds a prospect that they want to introduce to the business and they connect you on the call as a third party. A lot of people when they are prospecting on social media or when they do marketing on social media they're coming across a lot like they're needy and they are lot like they're desperate like, “Please take a look at my business please.
