I want to talk about praising and correcting. So as the title of this blog
says, praise in public correct in private.
When you're building your
business as a leader, you're bound to get to situations where you'll need to
praise your team members, give them recognition, give them appreciation for the
work they're doing, for the great things that they achieved and they
