Are you making this mistake about MONEY? ???

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, December 4, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about why you're not making more money. Are you making this mistake about money?

Now, if right now, whatever amount of money you make, and maybe you’re making 2000 a month, maybe you’re making 3000 a month, maybe 5000 a month, etc. whatever amount of money you’re making, I will guess that that amount of money is a couple of hundred pounds away from what you need to survive. So you probably have your monthly bills; the amount of money you have to pay for your mortgage or yo...

The W I N formula

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, November 20, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about the WIN formula. What’s the WIN formula?

Well, the WIN formula stands for what's important now. It’s a formula to re-evaluate what you're doing. Me and my mentor, we call it the inventorization. Once in a while, maybe once a month, or once every couple of weeks, we sit down and we say okay, what's working? And what needs to be improved? What is okay? And what is not so okay?

We work out what we can do to improve the game, because too many people sleep on the laurels. Th...

Why you DON’T want people to say YES to you?!

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, November 20, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about why you don't want people to say yes to you. Today’s title is why you don't want people to say yes to you.

Well, that's strange Gediminas because I do want them to say, yes, and join my business, yes, and buy my product. And I understand. But there's a deeper thought behind this thing. You don't want people to say yes to you and join your business, you want people to say I can do it. A lot of people in the home based business arena are in the convincing mode.

How do I con...

Remind your customers about you!

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about reminding about yourself to your customers. What do I mean? Why would you have to do that?

Because the mistake I did when I first started in home based business, I would sell a product to somebody, I would deliver the product, give them my business card, and I would hope that they would call me. When they need more product, they would give me a ring, they will reach out to me. And when that didn't happen, I was like, “Oh, maybe they didn't like my product. Maybe they're ...

The 7 levels of WHY

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about the seven levels of why.

Very often when you talk to your potential business partner, of course, you should ask them, “Hey, why do you want to do this thing? Why are you looking for an extra income right now? Why are you looking to build your home based business?”

But very often the first answer they will give you, it's a superficial answer, which means it's near the surface. It's not really a deep reason; not really, their dream and ambition, they just going to give yo...

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about what do successful people do in order to become so successful and why do they get better results in network marketing business?

Very often when I talk to, especially to new people in home based business, they say, “Well, what's the secret Gediminas? What's the secret? What do successful people do? What do they know that I don't know?” I met so many people in 10 years of being in home based business; I've met so many people who think that successful people are hiding so...

It is easier to KEEP a customer than to GET a customer

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, November 19, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to talk about customers. The title of this blog post is, it's easier to keep a customer than to get a customer.

Now big companies understand this. And that's why they spend a lot of time and effort in communicating with existing customers, offering products to existing customers, giving discounts and deals and promotions to existing customers, instead of trying to always get new customers, because a new customer is a lot more expensive, then an existing customer buying again. But very o...

How to CONQUER the fear of Live video?

I want to talk about how to defeat the fear of doing a live video. So how do you conquer this fear of live video because there's so many people who have the fear of public speaking and then that fear transfers into doing live video. They’re just scared of doing live video because what if I mess up? What if I say the wrong thing? What if people laugh at me? What if I get criticized? What if I get haters and so on and there's so many reasons why not to do something? And a lot of people know t...

The title of this blog is, if you're going to be stupid, you better be tough. What do I mean by that? I mean that there's always a group of people who refuse to invest in themselves. I want to talk about a very important investment for a leader in network marketing. What’s the very important investment for a network marketing leader and that is an assistant.

At the beginning when you start your own business, obviously you do everything by yourself for yourself and you're not making any money at the beginning anyway, so you couldn't hire somebody even if you wanted to unless you have like a super good paying job and you're coming into network marketing and you can afford ...

3 questions to evaluate your LIFE

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Monday, June 8, 2020, In : Personal Development

I want to share with you three questions that you can ask yourself to evaluate your life. These three questions actually come from Brendon Burchard.

He is one of my favourite motivational trainers, speakers, lectures, amazing personal development guy, and he experienced a car crash where he nearly died. And at that time he was very depressed. He was not valuing his life very much, and when the car crash happened, it sort of made him think again and made him want to live. When he was in the car...

If you've been in marketing for a while, you have probably suffered one of the things that happen in this business is when people either stop doing the business, or they leave to another company, or whatever. Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Saturday, January 4, 2020, In : Personal Development

If you haven't yet hit the results that you wanted to hit, if you haven't yet had the achievements that you wanted to have, it's okay, don't get disappointed, don't get depressed, don't throw the towel into early, because it's only the first quarter. So there’s three more quarters to go, there’s still nine months to go, it's only free gone and there is still nine to go. So you can still turn around this year, you can still have incredible results, you cannot imagine what you can do with n...

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, February 28, 2019, In : Personal Development

Today, I wanted to share with you my favourite podcast. So why podcast first of all? Well the reason why I love podcast is because they are free. Which means it’s duplicable, right. Because in network marketing, it's really important what can be duplicated and if it's free, that means each and every one of my team members can get a free thing which is a podcast. So whether you’re using iPhone or an Android phone, you can go to the Apple store or to the Play Store, etc., and downlo...

GOOD IDEA

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Saturday, November 10, 2018, In : Personal Development
Ok let's talk about good ideas. I remember one of the first personal development programmes that I listened to was Jim Rohn's "Weekend Seminar" and he said "Rarely does a good idea interrupt you, usually, it's like mining for gold to get good ideas"

The whole premise being that when you get a GOOD IDEA firstly your should make a note of it, too many people just let these great ideas disappear as soon as they have appeared. Secondly, you need to act on these good ideas.

So many people pray to Go...

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, October 19, 2018, In : Personal Development
I sometimes hear people say that network marketing is a hard business. I always ask "Compared to what?" because if we compare it with a traditional business, here is what you have to take care of:

2. Warehousing: in a traditional business you have to rent huge spaces in a warehouse in order to keep your stock.

3. Shipping: in a traditional business you...
