Why you should be RECRUITING UP?!

Today I wanted to talk about why you should be recruiting up. What I mean by that is that for most people their natural tendency is to recruit people down on a socio economic level. For example if somebody is working as a teacher in a school they will feel confident recruiting teaching assistants, recruiting the cleaner into their team but they wouldn't be comfortable or confident recruiting a school director, school principal the head of the school, because that person is higher on a rank on...
