Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk about what do successful people do in order to become so successful and why do they get better results in network marketing business?


Very often when I talk to, especially to new people in home based business, they say, “Well, what's the secret Gediminas? What's the secret? What do successful people do? What do they know that I don't know?” I met so many people in 10 years of being in home based business; I've met so many people who think that successful people are hiding something, that successful people are keeping the best strategies under the table and not sharing with other people. And it's so funny because it's so much easier to blame successful people for not sharing the secret than to do the damn work, isn't it? And that's why so many people who don't get results in business, they say, “Ah, I just didn't learn the secret. I just didn't learn that the secret code of the leaders,” and there is no secret code. It's just the basics.

But what successful people do, they master the basics, they really crack on. You know when you join a business, guess what they teach you; use the product, show the product, show the business. That's it guys. Like there is no other mind controlling system that will just make people fall under your feet and throw cash at you and the credit cards at you and buy everything you've got, there isn't. Successful people do exactly the same thing. They just do it better. They just do more of it.

If you speak to top earners in our marketing, guess what you find, you usually find that they are hard working, they are contacting, they’re talking to a lot of people all the time, they're doing a lot of presentations, they're doing a lot of trainings, they're working a lot with it and they’re doing the same things, they just do more of it. They master the mundane. I know it's boring to keep sending the same messages every day. I know it's not exciting to do the same thing day in, day out. But hey, if it makes you a lot of money, why not do it? Like if you go to work is that going to be different? That’s also going to be the same routine.

Home based business is no different guys, there is no secret recipe, secret sauce that you can do every day and get magic results. It's just work. And a lot of successful people, they’re not very talented, they're not super clever. They’re just hard working, they’re just committed and they say you know what, I’m just going to crack on, I'm just going to blindly just do what I'm told, just do the task; and it's called network marketing. It's not called net set marketing, net hang around marketing, net don't just quit marketing. It's called network marketing, because we need to do some work guys. You want it or not? If you want the success, you're going to have to put in the time; you're going to have to put in the hours. It's just the way it is and it's never going to change, by the way.

But if you build this business for five years, for 10 years, for 15 years, it's just more of the same. More of using your products, more of recommending your products, more of sharing your business opportunity. That's it. It's just how many eyeballs can you get on that presentation? How many people can you get to try your product? That's it. Now, there's different technology companies in place, 10 years ago, when I first started, when I still had hair on my head, and dinosaurs were walking this earth, we used to mainly do face to face meetings at the coffee shop, or at your home, or to another person's house.

Now we have social media, we have Facebook, we have Instagram, we have LinkedIn, we have YouTube, and all of those things have helped us to modernize the business and so on. But it's just the techniques. But the principles remain the same. It doesn't matter time; maybe 20 years from now you'll have a hologram; you're not going to be watching this live or using your phone. I'll just appear as a 3D statue in your room and I'll be doing your training.

The technologies might be changing, but the principles will remain the same. It's always going to be use the product, share the products share the business; that's all there is guys. That's the secret recipe to success. The quicker you get it, the quicker you let go of that notion that, “Oh there’s a secret.” It's just doing the work. And the quicker you crack on with that, the quicker you're going to break through, the quicker you're going to have the results, the quicker you start making money and that's it guys. That's how you become the top leader in your business.
