Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk about life changing idea and that’s why the blog post is called Small hinge big door, what does that mean? And really, if you think about it, hinges are quite small, and they can move a huge door compared to the size of the hinge, the door is massive. What does it have to do with your business?



Well, it's like small ideas that have big effect in your business or your life. When I attend training events, or I read books, or watch video programs, or listen to audio podcasts, I'm always looking for that one small idea that make can make a big difference in my business and my life, because very often, great ideas can really transform your results and they don't come too often. So you have to sort of like mine for gold, like good old Jim Rohn used to say, rarely does a good idea, interrupt you. It doesn't interrupt you, you are glad when a good idea comes. So that's why I love attending training events and reading books, because it's like a mind for ideas, because you go to a training event and there is speaker after speaker and almost without exception, I always find some great ideas, some concepts that can completely transform or can give me a better result.

Of course the second part of it is to apply that knowledge, is to apply those concepts because you can get the best idea in the world, if you don't put it into action, so what? Because they say awareness without action creates nothing. If you become aware of it, if you become aware of great strategies, makes no difference if you don't use it in your business. That's why it's so important. But my advice for you today is to look for those ideas because sometimes, you might stay awake all night and not think about a great idea by yourself; but when you start investing in yourself, when you start on purpose; listening to trainings, reading books, etcetera, and that's one of the things is how you consume that information.

Because sometimes people put the training on; wash dishes, do whatever and then it's so hard to catch the great ideas. You really need to focus, you really need to put your attention into the thing, maybe have a notebook and start taking notes of what the presenter is speaking and sometimes one of those sentences, one of those ideas can completely transform your mindset, your life and your business.
