I want to share a training with on 13 steps to make your business more successful. I will outline the 13 steps below and go more in depth in to them in the video below.

Step #1: Timetable
To control your business you need to make sure you are in control of your timetable. You cannot manage time, but you can manage yourself and what you do with your time on a daily basis.

Step #2: Systems and Structures
Do you have systems and structures for promoting your business and prducts and for growing your business and do you use them and promote them to your team?

Step #3: Big Hitters
Do you identify Superstars in your team and do you give them the recognition? Do you promote them to the rest of the team to set example?

Step #4: Administration
Are you in control of your paperwork, tax returns and registration forms?

Step #5: Cash Flow
Are you making enough money? How can you increase your profit in your business?

Step #6: Recruitment
Are you expanding your business by bringing new people onboard? Are you getting new people started in a most effective way?

Step #7: Social Proof
Are you lighting a big fire? Are you promoting incentives and encouraging people to go for it? Do you have groups on social media and instant messaging to set fire to your organisation?

Step #8: Lead from the front
Are you waiting for others to do the work or are you in the trenches doing it by yurself and showing example to everyone else?

Step #9: Your WHY Factor
Do you know the reason why you are doing this? If your goals don't make you cry then they are not strong enough!

Step #10: Vision
Create a vision for your business and invite your team to join in. It has to excite other people!

Step #11: Self Development
Are you growing? Top leaders in this industry are constantly investing in themselves in order to grow and grow their businesses even further!

Step #12: Self-Discipline
Make sure that you do what you need to do and not what you feel like doing. Discipline is doing what needs to be done even after the initial excitement has gone!

Step #13: Know your numbers
Analyze your business constantly and see where it is heading. How many new people are joining, what are they doing, how is the team volume is doing, is it increasing or decreasing etc. If you don't know your numbers - you don't know your business!

Here is a video training where I ho more in depth with each of these
