My TOP 10 tips for business on Social Media

In today's video I share my TOP 10 tips for building your business on social media, especially on Facebook, however, most of these tips can be applied to other social media networks too.

Tip #1 - Use Attraction Marketing. Instead of 'pushing' try 'pulling' people to you by raising their curiosity and peaking their interest. Your social media posts should encourage people to get in touch with you and ask you for more info.

Tip #2 - Focus on reaching larger audience! In home based business we do not 'convince', instead we SORT through people to find the ones who actually want bigger things in life and are hungry for better life. Therefore, if you add more friends on your personal account, attract more followers on your pages and post into large groups - you will reach more people and in turn you will find more GOOD ONES who are looking for exactly what you have to offer.

Tip #3 - Engage your audience. When people like, comment and share your posts make sure you respond and reach out to them to keep the conversation going.

Tip #4 - Build Relationship. Once you engage the people in a one to one conversation on Social Media make sure you don't just send them your sales or recruiting link, instead, build the relationship and try to find out as much as you can about them before you offer them your product or opportunity.

Tip #5 - If I, Would You? This is a very powerful way of ''offering without offering''. Many people are scared of rejection and are afraid to ask the person whether they would be open to take a look at their opportunity. Using 'if I, would you' removes that as you check if they would be open before offering it to them. Let me give you an example: ''If I could send you a video about an opportunity to earn extra income, would you be interested in watching it?'' what this does is puts you in control as you haven't given it to them but asked if I gave you would you watch it. If they say NO thats ok, because you haven't given it to them anyway :) Do you get the psychology behind this?

Tip #6 - Video, Email, Phone chat. Once they have indicated that they are open, use a TOOL to present your products or business like video, email, website or conference call with your sponsor. The reason why you should use a tool instead of trying to explain it by yourself is that you create easier DUPLICATION i.e. your prospect watching you showing the video will think 'hey, I could do that, it's easy to send somebody a video' instead of them thinking 'I couldn't do this'.

Tip #7 - Follow up! Once you have sent them the info, make sure you arrange a time and date to follow up with them and then make sure you DO follow up with them.

Tip #8 - Close. Once you have followed up with them, now it's time to CLOSE, i.e. help them to make a decision on whether it's for them or not. I like to ask this question: ''Based on what you have seen, on a scale of 1-10 where 1 is 'I have zero interest and don't see the vision in this' and 10 is 'I am ready to get started' where are you?''

Tip #9 - Meet. If possible once you have recruited the person on the social media - meet up with them to further build the relationship and perhaps to give them to sample some of your products or to show them some physical resources.

Tip #10 - No company name! Yes my advice is when you are putting promotional posts on your personal wall, business page and groups that you keep the company name off the post. Watch the video below to find out why?
