Look for FRIENDS not distributors

We are with our Russian team, we were actually doing a training zoom about social media and Facebook and how to build your business and one of the things I mentioned is that when it comes to social media instead of looking for customers and looking for business partners why not look for friends?

Because if you were looking for friends would you communicate in a different way than when you are looking for customers or business partners? And if the answer is yes then you need to ask yourself why because you should be very open, relaxed  with no agenda when you making a friend because if you were making a friend, you wouldn't like use manipulating lines to make them your friend. You are either friends with somebody or you not, it’s either they like you or they don’t. You don't go like but let me convince you that I'm a really good friend and there you go no, you don't do that. You don't try to convince people to be your friends, you either click with them and you are friends or you don't click with them and you are not friends. Why not use that type of philosophy in looking for people on social media.

First, look for people that you actually click with that you like that you have something to talk about and get to become friends with them and then some of those friends will become your customers, business partners and some of them won't become your customers or your business partners but they will remain your friends which is also awesome. That's my advice for your social media, if you want to expand your business on social media become friends with people, be genuine, take the agenda away, don't have this frequency that I have to recruit this person, I have to sell something to them. Don't do that. Just relax. Just take it easy.

Just start talking to people like you when you were actually wanting to talk to them, not just to sign them up and make them into a number in your organization. Just chill out, relax, be friendly, ask questions, as if you wanted to be friends with them, so what do you do for a living? Do you have children? What are your hobbies and passions? What are your ambitions in life? What are your dreams and please speak to people and listen to them before pitching them your products, your business and you might just find it quite interesting, much easier, a lot less pressure and no hidden agenda, no manipulation just talking to people to make friends and some of those friends will say, "Well, what do you do for a living?" And you say, "I help people to make money from home," and they might go "Well, I'm interested in that. Tell me more about it."And then it's natural, easy as if you are just talking to somebody and it comes out of the conversation and it's very no salesman alarm no nothing is just normal conversation.

That’s my training and tip for you. Hope you got value some value in this blog post, if you did, feel free to share it with other people.
