Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk about changing your approach when recruiting people in your network marketing business. Today’s topic is instead of selling a huge big business idea, sell the extra income idea.



What I mean by that is that again, I understand that most likely if you're a network marketing, if you're building your home based business, probably you have big dreams, you have big ambitions, you have big goals and probably you want to make a lot of money in your network marketing business. However, most people, one, they don't believe they can make huge money. If you come to somebody and say, “Hey, man, I'm going to show you how to make 10,000 pounds a month.”

Most people cannot comprehend that type of money, they've never made that type of money in their life, even though you can make that type of money in your network marketing business, for most people, it will be 200 realistic, it's like 10,000 a month for them the same as you come and say, “Would you like to make 10 million a month?” It's same distance for them because they cannot imagine if somebody is making 1000, 2000, 3000 a month, they can't see how it's possible to make that.

If you come to somebody straightaway with a big business idea of making huge money, the chances are, you're going to scare them off, you're going to confuse them and they're going to to go, “Oh yeah, this is too good to be true. It doesn't sound realistic.” This is why you will have much more success if you'll approach people with an extra income opportunity, with an opportunity to make a couple of hundred pounds a month extra, with an opportunity to make a little bit of extra money on the side. They could help you with this, that or the other.

Why do I say that? And do you think people are open to extra income opportunities? Because some of you might be saying, “Oh no, no, no, people are not looking for extra income. No, no, no. People are not open.” Think about it. There is 750,000 Uber drivers around the world. Why the heck are they doing it? Are they doing it to change their life? Well, probably not. Are they doing you to make 10,000 a month? Probably not. Most of the drivers are making a couple of hundred a month. That's an extra income opportunity guys. And loads of people are attracted to it.

Why there is thousands and thousands of people now on Airbnb renting out rooms in their houses for a bit of extra income. It's not a hotel. It's not like they've got all the time people living for most people at least, but they’re just getting some extra income from that. A lot more people will be open to earning a little bit of extra income on the side, then completely changing the life and making millions in your business.

Even though down the line, they might see the potential, they might see the big picture, and actually, they might turn on and go, “You know what, I want to go serious with this thing. I want to blow it up, I want to make huge money.” But to get those in through the doors, you’ll have a lot more success and you'll have a lot more luck if you just offer people an extra income opportunity, a couple hundred pounds a month extra, would you like to get that? And a lot more people will see that as realistic. For them, that will be a lot more possible than 10,000 a month.
