to talk about a strategy that you can use with your customer orders.
This topic is something that I heard on the training. We had a team training a couple of days ago and I heard this idea and I thought, well, this is actually quite clever. So if you actually send products to your customers or you deliver products to your customers,you can actually use the strategy.If your company sends the products to your customers, then you probably won't be able to do this but still you could do it electronically, or something like that to your customer but the whole idea is called info sheet or I just called it info sheet. I don't know how it's actually called.
Since a simple process where let's say somebody orders a food supplement from you, right? So somebody orders a food supplement and of course, the food supplement will have the information on the box, etc. But what do you do? You print out like an information sheet that goes together with the product. Andfirst part on the information sheet, it gives a little bit of information about the product, maybe how to use it, and things that have some useful information, right?
Then the second part, there's a question and it says, “Do you like this product?” And if the person is buying it second, third or fifth time, probably they like the product right? And then the final third part says, “If you like it, why not sell it, and then invite them to join the business?
So this is simple idea. Nothing special, but really, sometimes your customer is buying from you again and again and again and they don't even think that there is an opportunity attached to this product. That there's a way to make money attached to this product. Like they love the product but they don't even know that they could do what you do. They don't even know that it’s allowed for them to join the business and sell the product too.
Sometimes you just need to make it clear to people and let them know that, hey, you know, do you love this product. Why not sell it and make money from it? And some of your customers could can call you back and say, “Hey, I saw this info sheet, you know, that came with the product. And it says that I could sell it too, how does that work? Can you explain it to me?
So you again, it doesn't mean that every customer will join your business, and every customer will start selling, but some will, right? If you don't ask, you don't get but if you ask some people say, “Hey, I'm interested, I would love to do that.” You know what I mean? So it's a simple strategy, but I think quite effective. If you do deliver products to your customers or if you post products to your customers, I highly advise you to do this info sheet because it can really help you to increase the amount of team members that you have in your team.
