Identify your ASSETS

I want to talk about identifying the assets in your business and why that is important.

It's a brand new month, happy February and this is a long February. 29 days, so we can really, really crush it this month. And because it's a new month, it's a good thing to talk about identifying assets in your business. So whenever you plan to do something big, and I hope that you're planning to have a really, really big February, really strong. January was great. We started with a bang. This year we started really, really strong. So let's continue that strength. Let's continue building that amazing momentum. But if you want to have a strong month, you need to plan.

If you fail to plan you're planning to fail, you must have heard that just a million times. So if you're going to plan for your month, if you're going to plan, what am I going to achieve, where my business is going to go, there's going to be different parts of that plan. But one part of that plan that I recommend you include is actually identifying your assets. What this does, it helps you to prioritize your time and prioritize your energy with the right people and the right places.

So number one, identifying your assets and a mainly talking about, of course, your network marketing business, about your network marketing team. So number one, is the first asset and the biggest asset you have in your business is humans, humans, the leaders.

So you need to identify, if you have 10 people in your team, if you have 50 people, if you have 100 people in your team, you need to identify who are the people that I'm going to be focusing my time and energy with this month? Because let's face it, you can't give everybody the same amount of attention and the same amount of time because some people are really serious, they really working the business, they really investing time and effort and they really deserve your time, while other people may need your time, but they don't deserve it because they're not doing anything. They're not working, they're not putting in the time and effort themselves.

So therefore, it would be a waste of your time sometimes to invest in people who are not taking it seriously. You still welcome them, you still love them, you still include them in all the trainings and all the events, is totally fine, but one to one, you might want to prioritize your time. So the first asset you need to assess is humans, is the leaders that you're going to be focusing your time with this month in February. So that’s number one.

Number two is areas. Which areas? I'm talking geographically, I'm talking location wise, where are you going to focus this month? So you might be in UK, you might be in Europe, you might be in Lithuania, you might be in USA, wherever you are, where are you going to focus your time and effort? So if you're in UK, is London area going to be your main focus or are you going to focusing on certain towns and cities where you might want to explode your business?

You might want to start, maybe Spain and you got your eye on Spain, maybe you got your eye in another city or wherever. So think about where location wise, where I’m going to focus this month, where I'm going to really grow. So if you've got a growing team, if you have a growing leader in Manchester, in Wales, in Scotland and wherever, you might want to start thinking okay, maybe this worthwhile for me to spend one day and pay a visit there to explode that team there, to do some trainings, to do some presentations, to do some meetings to burn some fire up so that that area explodes in my team. So first is leaders, first asset is leaders. Second asset is active areas. It may be cities, it may be countries, depending on how big your business is.

And finally, third asset to evaluate is tools, systems and things to leverage. So again, look back at January, look back at last year, what tools are working best in my business? What I've observed because if you've been in business more than a month, you must have seen that okay, this tool, this resource works really well and gets really good results, and this one, “Ah!” So you might want again this month in February, focus your energy and time on promoting couple of tools that work the best, they give you the best result. So whether that's business opportunity video, whether that's a sample kit, whether that's anything else, a zoom call, or whatever it is, whatever you’ve see that, okay, that whenever I do this one thing, I get better results, let's focus on that. That's an asset then in your business.

A tool that produces results, time and time and time again, that's an asset. And you want to be using that asset, and really taking advantage of it as much as you can because that can help you to leverage, to duplicate your business, to scale your business, you know what I mean? So these are the three assets I'd recommend you to think about when you're planning about the best February you've ever had. What are the people you're going to focus your time and energy on this month? What are the locations you're going to focus your time and energy on? And what are the tools you're going to focus your time and energy on promoting within your business? If you do that, you will get great results this month. I promise you that.
