Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I wanted to talk to you about how to start training your new team member or actually your potential team member before they even joined your team. How to start training your new team member before they even joined your business?



Well, my favourite way of getting somebody to take a look at the business is to get them to watch a video, to send that person a video with the presentation. And when I send the video with a presentation, I straightaway tell the person, “Hey, here is the video that I promised to you to watch, and if you like the business, all you'll have to do to make money is show this video to other people. Did you get it? If you like the business, all you have to do to make the money is show the same video to other people.”

What am I doing? I'm exposing them to the business. They haven't seen my business opportunity presentation yet, but I'm already telling them how easy it's going to be for them to build a business, how easy it is going to be for them to expose other people to the business. Sometimes just you letting this know, telling this thing to the person before you show the video will change the way they will look at the video, will change the way they now going to think about the business because up until that moment, they might have been still like, “I'm not sure about this thing. Maybe it's too difficult. Maybe it's whatever.”

But now that you told them that all they have to do to make the money is show the same video that you sending to them. Now they see that, “Hey, I can do that. That's not difficult. That's easier.” Now when they actually watch the presentation, they're already like, “Yeah, this is easy. All I have to do is show the video to other people.” And then they just watch the video to get the idea what's the company, what's the product, how the marketing plan works, but they already got the idea of how to work the business.

Because there's so many times when you send somebody the presentation, they watch the presentation and they go, “Well, how do I start? So what do I need to do?” But if you told this before you show them the presentation, they already know what they're going to have to do, they already know how to start doing the business because you already told them, they'll have to show the video to the people, make sense?
