Would you like your team members to do more, produce more and be more motivated. Then you need to set your team on fire!
Now how do we set an ordinary campfire? We light it at the bottom and then the whole thing is on fire. That's the same thing we need to do with our team. If you have a bunch of people in your team who are not very active what you want to do is look downline until you find somebody who is producing, doing points and recruiting people. Contact that person and learn more about them: what do they want to achieve in this business, what are they doing that is working well for them and so on.
Then call their upline and tell them all the exciting things you just heard from their team member, get them excited about the team member who they have and tell them that now they have an active team member they could be making money from their volume but they need to think who else they can bring in the team as most network marketing companies will not pay very well if all of your points are coming from one person.
So they might get excited and start thinking who else they can bring into the business. Then you call the next person upline and tell them that now they have 2 team members downline who are both excited about building the business but they need to think who else they can bring into the team and so on. Working upline like that and setting your team on fire will produce great results and will get a lot of people in your team excited again about building the business.
