How to recruit on Facebook?

I want to share a very important training with you on the topic of Recruiting on Facebook. As the social media world is becoming more and more important so many people looking for ways to expand their business using Facebook.

However, as many people have never been trained on marketing and especially on marketing on social media I wanted to share these few important tips with you today.

Firstly, I wanted to mention Attraction Marketing, what I mean by that is that to market properly on Social media you want to be attracting people to you instead of chasing them. The type of messages you share on social media should naturally raise curiosity and get people to reach out to you for more information. I guess the key here is not to spill all the information on the social media so that they would have to get in touch with you for more information.

One of the worst things to do when you trying to recruit or find customers on social media is to keep posting your company name or your products pictures on your social media. This takes away all the curiosity and eliminates the need for them to get in touch with you as all the information is already there. Therefore, you are no longer in control of the process. I will go a little more in depth on what to post on your social media in the video below.

Secondly, use the groups to reach out to more people and to people who are in your target audience. Also, you can use groups to find individuals that you want to approach one-to-one.

Thirdly, build relationships! It is mind boggling to see people send messages like 'Hi, please watch my link www.....' - I BLOCK them right away if I get a message like that. If you really want to recruit online you need to make sure that you build a relationship with that person first - like in the REAL world! And only then, as a matter of fact ask them if they would be open to an opportunity and if they would be interested in watching a video or meeting for a coffee to discuss your business.

Which brings me t point four, send a tool or resource. Remember - you should never be the DEAL. You always want to use a third party video, brochure or presentation to show the business to somebody as this makes it DUPLICATABLE, which is exactly what you want it to be. I will discuss this a little more in the video below.

Fifth, follow up. Once you've sent the information now you need to follow up with them as most of the time they will not get back to you - FACT! Remember - the fortune is in the follow up.

Number six is engage likes and comments. What I mean by that is that you should interact with people who liked you business posts or commented on them, not just the ones who message you privately.

And finally, keep expanding your list. Keep adding new friends to your Facebook account which will expand your connections and will allow you to reach out to mere people.
