So today I wanted to share some of the best recruiting scripts out there and how to apply them.
The first approach is the 'support and practice approach' and this is one of the best approaches for the brand new distributors in business. All you need to do is ask your friends to 'support' you by coming to the business opportunity meeting and taking a look at this business and giving you their opinion. Alternatively, you can tell them that you need to practice your presentation on some people and ask them to volunteer.
The second approach is the 8 step Go Pro formula: Step 1: Be in a hurry Step 2: Compliment the prospect Step 3: Make the invitation Step 4: If I, Would you? Step 5: Confirmation #1 Step 6: Confirmation #2 Step 7: Confirmation #3 Step 8: Stop talking
The third approach is the 'Million Dollar Question' approach where you as a person 'Could you do me a massive personal favour' and when they say 'What is it?' - you tell them that you are helping to expand the company in this area and you are looking for business minded people who would like to earn either and extra income or a full time income and would they mind looking at your video/website to see if they could recommend it to anyone.
And the final approach number four is the CCQTTC which stands for 1. Compliment 2. Converse 3. Qualify 4. Transition 5. Take away 6. Close with intent and leave
