Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk about how to never get rich. So if you want to never get rich, make sure you read this blog post for sure and if you do want to get rich then for sure you have to read this blog post. So how to never get rich. If you want to never get rich, you have to carry on swapping your time for money. As long as you don't stop swapping your time for money, you will make sure that you never get rich.



Why? Because there's only 24 hours in a day. It doesn't matter how much you get paid per hour; whether it's 10 pounds an hour, 20 pounds an hour, 30 pounds an hour, as long as you keep swapping your time for money. So as long as you just get paid hourly pay for your work, you will stay poor, you will stay broke, you will never get rich. So if you want to make sure of that, make sure you do that. Now some of you will say, “Oh, hang on a second Gediminas. I do want to get rich. So what should I do then?"'

Well, what you should do, you should stop swapping your time for money and you need to start looking for ways how to make five times more money in the same amount of time, 10 times more money in the same amount of time, hundred times more money in the same amount of time. Now you will say, “Gediminas you’re just being ridiculous. Now, how could I make 500 pounds an hour or 1000 pounds an hour that is impossible?”

Well, in your current job, might be impossible. But there are ways, there are jobs, there are ways how you can make 10 times, 20 times, 30 times more money per hour than what you're earning right now when you're swapping your time for money. Well you see, nobody will pay you that type of money most of the time, just for an hourly pay. Instead, you need to understand how money is made; you earn money for the value you give.

So number one rule is you make money for the value you give, the more value you give, the more money you get. That's why it could be two people working for the same company, one person gets paid 10 pounds an hour, and another person gets paid 100 pounds an hour. They work for the same company, how come? Because the other one, the one that gets paid more, brings more value to the company. So number one rule in making more money is you have to be able or you have to be willing or you should be providing more value to your customer, to your client, to other people. Number one rule if you want to start making more money, you have to start providing more value.

Secondly, and more importantly, you need to find ways to provide value to more people in the same time. If you’re doing a job for just one person in that one hour, then you only get paid by that one person in that one hour. But what if you did the job for 100 people in the same one hour? Now you get paid for by 100 people for the same hour of your time. Do you understand? If you just work for one person for 12 hours in a day, you get paid only for 12 hours. But if you work for hundred people, for 12 hours in a day, you get paid for 1200 hours in one day. Did you get it? You stop swapping your time for money. And instead you look for ways how to serve more people in the same amount of time. Could you not serve 100 people in one hour? Could you not provide value to 500 people in the same one hour? Could you not provide value to 1000 people in one hour?  Of course you could. Now job might be different from what you're doing right now. But you can definitely do that and that's how you scale up. That's how you get away from swapping your time for money. And instead, you start leveraging your time, knowledge and effort to serve, to give value to as many people as possible.

Think of the richest people in the world. Think of the biggest companies in the world. What do they do? They serve millions of people, they find ways how to provide service, or provide a product to millions of people and that's how they make so much money. Not because they’re doing more hours than other companies is because they serve more people. So if you want to make more money, find ways how you can provide value to more people. How could you get more customers? How could you get more business partners in your business? How could you provide information to more people in the same time? Not more times; same amount of time, but serving more people. If you understand this, if you'll crack this you can make 10 times, 100 times, 1000 times more money than what you're earning right now.
