Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk about how to get more people to join your Facebook group.



You have a Facebook group, maybe that's a product group for your customers, maybe it's a business opportunity group, maybe it's a hobby group or a special interest group or whatever group you're trying to grow. And of course, you want more people joining your group and interacting. You don't just want any people to join, but you want good quality people to join your group. And you want loads of them. But how can you get these people to join your group? How to tease them to join you? How to invite them to join a group? And the answer to that is always value.

You have to show people that they will get value by being part of your group. If I message Baruta, and I go, “Hey Baruta, join my customer group. I will sell you some stuff.” Does she want to join my group? Probably not. But if I send a message to Modesto, and I say, “Hey, Modesto, I would love you to join my VIP customer group. In this group, I share useful information and tips about health and lifestyle.”

Depending of course about what topic you talk that should be related, obviously, to the products that you work with. “Where I share useful interviews with specialists, where I do contest, I do prize draw, I do the biggest discounts in there, I introduced new products and explain. I do demonstrations. I give life hacks and other useful advice.” What am I doing? I'm building value. Now she's thinking, hey, there's a lot of value for me to be in that group. It's worth for me to be part of that group. And this way, person will want to become part of that group and they will get value from being in there because you will be sharing all of this useful information.

If inside your group is just product, price, that's just boring. Nobody going to be active in that type of group, nobody will be liking your posts, nobody will be commenting. But if your group truly becomes a community, where it gives value, advice, tips and in between that you still sell your products, you'll be totally fine. And you will get a lot better results. Also, what one of our leaders that I work with does, she actually does great quality videos in her group, then she does a screenshot of that video and puts it into her story and says, “Hey, just did today an amazing video about ABCD and E. If you'd like to see that video, let me know. I'll add you to my private group.” And that's how she again drives people to say, “Hey, I want to be part of your group. Hey, I want to join your group.” Because they want to get the valuable information.
