How to effectively share your company’s products?

I want to talk about how to effectively share your company's products. So how to effectively share your company's pros how to advertise them without it sounding too much like an advertisement?

Well, number one you should be using them. If you're not using your products, then it will be so much harder to advertise them in a non-advertising way because if you're not using the products, then you're basically selling, you have no idea what you're talking about. You're just trying to push it on and sell it. It's a much harder job. But if you’re already using and let's assume that you already use your company's products, then it becomes slightly easier to advertise them without it looking too much like an advertisement, too much like a commercial. And what you do is you talk less about what your product is and you talk a lot more about what your product does.

The mistake that many people do make is that they go on social media and go, “Hey, guys, I have this product, this product is amazing. Buy one amazing product.” And they just talk about what it is
  and nobody needs what it is. The best example that I've ever heard is about the drill. Like nobody buys a drill, because they want to drill; everybody who buys a drill wants a hole in the wall. So the drill is what it is. The hole in the wall is what it does.

So same way when you want to advertise your product, instead of saying, “Hey guys, I've got the amazing pen, come buy this pen from me, buy one get one!” Instead of that, you could say, wow, I just discovered this incredible writing utensil that has transformed my writing and my experience at training events. When I write with it, it's just so easy. I remember things better and more confident when I'm signing documents with this. I'm just free styling here.

But instead of selling what it is, like, it's a black pen, who wants a black pen? Instead of you sell how it makes you feel, what it does for you, what did I achieve? And by doing that, especially if you're already using the product, so then instead of saying, this pen can make you blah, blah, blah, you say, wow, I'm so glad I've got this pen. This pen has helped me so much with this, that and the other.

So now it's no longer like an advertisement. It's much more like your personal experience and this could be a video in your story. It could be written out story posts, or whatever and it's about your experience and by the end of the post, you just go, “Hey, and if you're curious about it, if you'd like to find out more about it, just drop me a comment, or just send me a message.” So this way it’s still like an advertisement if you like. But it's a lot less like an advertiser of just posting a picture of the product and saying, hey, this is how much it costs. Come buy one from me, right? Because most people are not ready to buy most people need more information. So you want to make them curious enough to ask you, hey, tell me more about this thing. Hey, I'm curious about it, and this way, it will be more effective and it will catch more people's attention.
