Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk to you about how do you get more people to willingly give you their money. So even this title, does it make you feel a bit uncomfortable? How do you get more people to give you their money willingly? Does that make you feel like, “Whoa! Is this even okay to talk about that? Is this even ethical? Calm down, hear me out.



Think about the wealthiest people in the world, the richest people in the world what do they do? They get other people to give them money. Like, if I asked you, you want to earn let's say you want to earn 2000 a month, 5000 a month, 10,000 a month, where is that money? Where's that money going to come from? How do you think? From out of space? No, it's going to come from other people. The money you earn comes from other people. In one shape or form, it has to come from other people. Is it okay for you to get money from other people? Yes, because that's how it works. Either way, however you get paid that money came from other people.

Same way in your business, your income, your money will come from other people. So don't be uncomfortable about that, don't be scared to talk about that because that's how it works. If you want to make more money, it has to come from somebody else. It has to come from other people. But it doesn't mean it has to come from other people against their will. It doesn't mean it has to come from other people unethically; it has to come with some sort of cheating or lying or whatever. No, people will be willing to give you their money if you provide enough value to them. Is it okay for you to get paid 100 pounds, euros, whatever if you provide enough value for those hundred pounds, euros or whatever?

Of course, is it okay for you to get paid 1000, 10,000? Of course, if you provide enough value. But when it comes to making more money, you're rarely going to make more money if you think, “How do I make more money? How do I get more money?” That's rarely is the type of thinking that’s going to help you to make more money.

Usually, if you talk to people who make a lot of money, very rarely do they think how do I make more money? Usually they think how do I serve more people? How do I help more people? If you want to make more money, if you want more people to give you their money willingly, there are three things you need to focus on. One is other people's needs; what are the needs of people who I can serve? What are the needs of people that I can solve or help with that will get them to pay me for it? What needs can you help people with? What do your potential customers need? What do your potential team members’ need that you can help with, that will lead into you making more money?

Second thing is problems. What problems could you solve for other people that will cause you being paid more money? What problems can you solve for your potential customer? What problems could you solve for your potential team member that will cause them to pay you more money? Because if you solve some of these problems, like if you see people that solve my problems, I pay them willingly, happily, cheerfully, because if somebody solves my problem, I'm more than happy to pay them for that as long as they solve that problem for me. Again, think about what problems can I solve to other people that will cause me making more money?

And finally, number three is desires. What do your potential customers desire? What do your potential team members desire? How can you help them to obtain their desires? How can you help them to reach their desires, and as a cause, as an effect, you'll get paid more? Because you help them to reach their desires. So if you focus on this, instead of focusing, how do I make more money? If you focus on these three things; how do I help people with their needs, problems and desires? If you help people with those three things, you’re sorted, you will make more money. People will willingly give you their money just to get their needs, problem solved and desires met. That's the secret source my friend.
