Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

In this blog, I'm going to give you a really powerful tip for recruiting people into your network marketing business. The blog says, don't try to recruit another person until you watch this blog. Why?



Because I want to give you a very, very, very powerful tool for recruiting people. So, when you’re chatting to somebody and when you send a message to somebody on social media and you ask the person, “Hey, would you be open to take a look at an opportunity to earn extra income?” And the person says, “Yeah, I would.” Most people at this point would just send the video. They would just go, “Oh, yeah, here's the video.”

However, if you do that, you're missing the point. When a person says to you, “Yeah, I would be open,” do an extra step there, do an extra step. And before you send the video out, ask the person, “Hey, I'm just curious. If you don't mind, I'd love to ask you. Why are you right now open to earning an extra income? Or why are you right now looking for a home based business? Or why are you right now interested in working from home?” Now most people would not do that. What if that scares them away? What if a person changes their mind? But you see, if you ask that question and the person answers why, now, joining your business is their idea. It is powerful guys.

If you just offer to somebody the business, it is your idea for them to join your business, but if you ask them, “Why are you right now open to earn extra income?” And they go, “Well, you know what, this and this has be happening in my life, and I really need much money.” Now joining your business became their idea. And when it's their idea, guess what's happening? You're already halfway there. Like they haven't even seen your presentation yet, but you're already halfway there because now it's their idea that they need to join your business. It's not you saying to them, “Hey, you need to join my business.” It's so, so powerful.

If you just insert that one question, before you send the video, you will see the change. Now will everybody answer it? No. Will it scare some people away? Yes. And it's okay. Because that's not the people you want in your business anyway. But those people who will answer that question, and give you the reasons why they are now open, what's changed in their life that they now looking for extra income is going to be super powerful, because now they're ready to see your presentation. Now they're going to join your business because they already told you that they need to.
