Today's topic is how not to be and why you shouldn't be a NETWORK MARKETING SECRET AGENT?
What do I mean by that? Well, number one; if you want to inspire your team to do something, if you want to inspire other people to do something, you should be doing it yourself, like a Ray Higdon says, “The best favour you can do for your existing team is go and build a new team.” So if you want your team members to start using the products, you need to be using the products. If you want your team members to start selling the products, you need to be selling the products. If you want your team members to start recruiting people, you need to be recruiting people but, very important thing to mention here that you need to show them that you doing that, because a lot of you actually doing the work. A lot of you actually contacting people every single day, selling products every single day, recruiting people into the business every day but you are doing it in secrecy, you’re actually not publishing it, you're not showing your team members that you just sold a product, you're not showing your team members, that you just recruited a new team member, you're not showing your team members that you’re using your products.
You want to make sure that as a leader, you start showing it to people. Stop being a secret agent, start showing it to people that, “Hey guys, just used my product. Hey guys just got a new customer. Here's a selfie. Hey guys just recruited this amazing person, please welcome them into the team.” And so on and so on and so on. So show your people what you want them to do. Show them you doing that thing. It will transform your business, it’ll help you to inspire other people. Stop doing it in secrecy, start doing it publicly and show to other people.
