I want to talk about you having a fat bank account. Would you like a fat bank
account? If the answer is yes, then you need to be watching this blog. Today's
topic is would you like a fat bank account?
As you can imagine the fat F-A-T is
actually an acronym and it stands for something. So I'm going to share with you
what free things you can do that can help you to have a fat bank account.
Step
number one that you can do, F, stands for find people. If you want to become
successful in network marketing, if you want to get above average results, then
you need to become a head-hunter. You have to become a head-hunter and look for
people who could be really, really, really good for your business. Look for
people who could be really, really, really successful in your business. So
right now because it's quarantine mainly that will happen over social media.
So
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, whatever you're on, start scouting for people.
Don't just go adding random people, the quantity is not important. The quality
is more important. So do some homework, don't just go and add people to your
friends list, but go on their personal profile. Look at their profile. Why
would that person be good for your business? So number one, find people, become
a head-hunter, become a scout for talent. Look for talent, look for champions
in different communities. So that's step one.
The
second letter is, A, which means attract people. So once you've found that
person, now you need to attract them to your business. So you will attract them
by using the right language by inviting them in the right way that will make
them curious, that will make them interested about what you've got to offer. So
you need to attract them into your business. So they watch the presentation of
the business and decide to join your team. So second step is attract people. So
first find people, then attract people into your business.
And
then finally, the third letter is T in the fat. And the T stands for tap root
people. Tap rooting is when you're helping people, when you bring in people
that that person knows into the business. So many people are only focus on the
first level, like they see this person and that's it like, “Oh, I've recruited
this person. That's it, next, next, where's the next person?” But what the real
pros do in network marketing, once they've recruited somebody, they ask that
person, “Hey, who do you know who we could talk about this business? Who do you
know who we could invite into this business?”
And they tap root that person's contacts,
because an average person will know about 2000 people. So if you tap root that
person's contacts, it's like, that person becomes like a window, like a doorway
into another load of people. And if those people come into the business, you
can tap root those people and so on, and so and so and your organization can
grow exponentially. So that's the fat in the fat bank account. If you want to
make more money in network marketing, you need to use these three things, find
people, attract people and then tap root those people in order to build a
tremendous organization.
