Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

All right, so let me ask you this question. Have you been trying for a while to succeed in business and you haven't had the success and results yet? Maybe you try to get better at different areas in life and things don't seem to be changing. You're not seem to be getting the results. If that's the case, I'm going to try and see if we can uncover and find out the reason why you're not getting the results you'd like to get in your life.

All right, I'm going to describe something and see if that might be you. You know? So have you been in business for a long time? And you know, you've been going to trainings, you've been listening to seminars, you've been reading books, and nothing seems to be changing in your life. 

Have you been you know, do you want a better life? Do you want a different situation in life and you've been getting advice from family and friends but again, you don't see any change in your life. You know, nothing seems to be changing. You know, maybe you have read a lot, maybe you went to seminars and trainings and things like that and you just don't seem to be having a change in your life like despite of all the advice and all the tips and all the you know, information that you read and get you still don't see any changes in your life. 

Well, if that's the case, you may be an ASKHOLE. Calm down, calm down I haven't just called you an asshole it's a different word it's an askhole. All right so what is an askhole? Let me explain to you. An askhole, is the person that constantly asks for help, they constantly asked for support, they constantly give questions out, they may be praying to God for a better life, maybe they asking their sponsors and their mentors for advice but they don't do anything about it. 

I come across a lot of ask holes in business, there's a lot of people who will ask for advice, who will go to the seminars, go to the trainings, write pages and pages of notes and you know they will hire mentors and they will buy programs and then do nothing. Don't take that advice and keep doing the same things they've been doing up until then. And then they go, “Why is my life not changing? Why am I not getting results? Why am I not making money?” Well, maybe because you're not freaking doing what you've been told to do. Right?

 Don't ask for advice unless you're willing to act on it. You know, I've seen so many people who ask for advice, but when they don't hear what they want to hear, they just go, “Okay, so how can I do it?” Like I just told you how to do it, but you don't want to hear it because it sounds not what you want to hear, right? Maybe it sounds like work, right? Maybe it sounds like you're going to have to get your ass off the couch and do something right and that's not the plan you were looking for. 

Most people they just look for a magic pill. Most people they just look for a shortcut, most people look for an easy way and guess what? Surprise, surprise. There is no way easy way to success, there’s no easy way to riches, there is no easy way to the top level in your company , there is no easy way. 

So if you ask for advice, if you ask God for help, if you ask the universe for support, if you ask your friends and family for help, then when you’re presented with those opportunities, when you’re presented with those ways out with those situations with those people and with those things that you can do, then do them, act on them because you know what, if I was God or if I was universe and I kept sending you opportunities, you know, let's say you’re broke, let's say you don't have enough money in your life, let’s say you’re not living in the house of your dreams, let's say you’re not driving the car of your dreams, let’s say you just basically haven’t got enough money and you're praying to God every single day, “Please, give me a better life please, give me an opportunity.” And somebody comes to you and goes, “Hey, there's an opportunity you could do this.” “Hey there's an opportunity you could do that and make some extra money.” “Oh no, I wouldn't do that.” You know how many people I get who respond to me or reach out to me on social media saying, “Hey I want to earn some extra money.” And then I show them how they could earn extra money from home, And they go, “Oh no, that's not for me.”. They need more money and they’re still being picky about it. They are broke and they still go, “No, not for me, I ain’t going to do that.” What are you going to do then?

There's a lot of people who are struggling with their relationships in life, they’re struggling with finances, they're struggling with other things in life, and they ask for advice they ask for help and people who take the time -- waste their time actually by telling them what to do and they don't do anything. They don't take advice. These people are askholes because they just keep asking, but they don't do anything about it and this is the reason why their life is not changing. This is the reason why they're not making more money. This is the reason why they’re not progressing in business. Not because the business is bad, not because the product is bad, not because life is hard, not because of whatever, it’s basically because they're unwilling to get off their but and do something about it. 

I remember a long time ago, one of my mentors gave me an example he took 20 pounds note he put it on the chair and he told me to sit down on it, so I sat down on the 20 pounds then he said, “Take the 20 pounds.” And I was like “How hard that is right?” I stood up and took the 20 pounds and he said “exactly! my lesson is this: in order to make the money you have to get off your ass” Well that's how it works, to change anything in your life whether it's a relationship or money or job or whatever, you have to get off your ass and do something about it? There is no magic pill, there is no magic beans that you can plant in your backyard wake up next morning and you've got a stairway to the golden goose and you're going to get a golden egg every single month. There is no such a thing! 

You know, when opportunity comes most of the time the opportunity will come dressed in work clothes. Our business is called network marketing for a reason. Network marketing, not net sit marketing, not net hang around marketing, not net don't just quit marketing. It's called network marketing right? Because it still takes work to get high results, it still takes work to become the top earner, it still takes work to get those holiday trips, it still takes work to get whatever right? And guess what? Everything else is the same; relationships same, takes work, right? Being a great mom or dad takes work, progressing in your job through the career ladder takes work, right? Losing weight and staying fit takes work. What else is new? 

You know this weekend I've heard a very interesting example and a man said life is like a gym. If you went to the gym and you hired a personal trainer and the personal trainer just went hey, just hang around, and just chill out do whatever you want. Doesn't really matter. You know? Yeah, just take it easy, no worries. You’d fire the personal trainer right? Because you're like, this guy's not making me work. This guy's not helping me to get my six pack, this guy's not helping me to get my biceps right, what am I paying this guy for? So you'd fire the personal trainer right? 

Well, life is like that personal trainer, life is going to put you on your knees and make you work. In order for you to grow, in order for you to stretch, in order for you to become a better person. So get used to the pain, get used to the working hard, and get used to the challenges, because that's how the gym works. And the gym is called THE LIFE.

 So there ain’t going to be an easy way. There’s no easy way How to Get a Six Pack. There's just no easy way to get a six pack. Right. If you want to get a six pack, guess what? You're going to do a hundreds of sit ups and you're going to be dieting like crazy. You know because your body fat has to be like below 10%, etc.  And everything else? Same thing! So don't be one of those people who wastes the time of successful people by going and asking them for help and then doing nothing about it, just going completely opposite direction and again doing the same thing that you've been doing up until then and then you say “You see I went to the seminar, nothing changed. I'm still broke. You see, I bought the book and I read the book. Still nothing changed.” It’s because you're not applying, it’s because you’re just collecting the information, you are holding the information, but you’re not using it, you're not applying it! And if they’re not applied, ain’t going to get any results.

And guys, you know, my wish for you today and action point for you today is go back to your trainings, go back to your notes. Go back to whatever you've written down before the training or whatever your coach told you or whatever device you've gotten in and ask yourself, am I the askhole? Am I using that information? Am I applying that information to change my life? Am I doing something about it because if you’re just sitting there and waiting for things to change, ain’t going to happen, trust me!
