The 3 Question Close for Network Marketing

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Sunday, September 30, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Some people have a negative feelings or thoughts around closing. They think that it is about hard, pushy and manipulating techniques etc. In reality professional closing is nothing like that. It is only about helping the person to make a decision. 'Yes' or 'No' are both fine, but 'Maybe' is what you don't want when building your network marketing business.

I remember when me and my wife were first starting out in network marketing we had a lady who showed interest in our business, so we took h...

3 factors that will determine your success

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Saturday, September 29, 2018, In : Personal Development
When it comes to succeeding in business I like to look at these 3 factors:

1. Attitude

2. Skill

3. Work rate

Attitude is very important in business, it is like your 'control tower'. Zig Ziglar used to say that you cannot perform outside of your belief system. Therefore, if you don't believe you can achieve something it will be very unlikely that you will. Also, having a positive mental attitude is a great help in trying to achieve something. This is why I personally do not watch news on televisio...

How to prospect your friends and family?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, September 28, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys,

When it comes to approaching your friends and family about the business it can be a little awkward. You can't start talking to them as a big shot business person as they have known you for a long time and the sales scripts are probably not going to work on them. Therefore, you need to learn some creative ways to get them to take a look at your business.

That’s why I recommend one of the three approaches.

1. Ask for Help&Support, e.g. “Hey Uncle Tom, I really need your help, I a...

Are you focused on Income Producing Activity?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, September 27, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys,

When it comes to making money in Network Marketing there is only two actions that will do it. Selling products and Recruiting people into the business. Both of these 'unfortunately' involves talking to people. However, because so many people are so scared of rejection and failure, that they end up doing everything EXCEPT talking to people.

It is easy to look busy in network marketing, running around training events, training your team members, doing webinars, reading books, watching ...

Are you trying to SPRINT where the MARATHON is required?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys,

I see so many people make this mistake in network marketing. They overestimate what they could do in 6 months and underestimate what they could achieve in 5 years. Most people have a 'get rich quick' mentality when it comes to network marketing and when they join and see other leaders earning huge incomes they expect to reach the same in no time. Unfortunately, that is not how network marketing works.

Network marketing is a 2-5 year plan for someone to retire from their job and reach...

Why you DON’T need business cards in Network Marketing?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys,

I have seen this so many times, a new business partner starts in network marketing and their first purchase on the list is the business cards. Totally unnecessary and the money could be much better spent on more samples or products.

You see the problem with business cards is that people assume that when they give out business cards with their company link a bunch of people will call them back and sign up to the business. WRONG! Almost no one will ever call you after seeing your busine...

Why you should set ACTIVITY goals and not RESULTS goals?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Monday, September 24, 2018, In : Personal Development
Hey Guys,

Setting goals is one of the most important KEYS to success in business and personal life. Most people never set goals and end up struggling to progress in life. However, there is also different types of goals that you can set.

Most people only set RESULTS GOALS and even though results goals are better than no goals, it is sometimes setting yourself for failure. Let me explain what I mean. When we set a result goal like: "I will recruit one person a day" or "I will sell one product per...

How to answer ‘What do you do for a living?’ if you’re a Network Marketer?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Sunday, September 23, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys,

A lot of network marketers struggle when someone asks them about what do they do for a living. They want to answer in a way that people would understand and they actually end up confusing people. One of the best ways I found to answer this question is by using a 3 step formula:

1. Describe a pain or problem that people are experiencing
2. Describe how your business or product solve that problem
3. Describe life after the person used your business or product

Here is an example:

4 step process for problem solving

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Friday, September 21, 2018, In : Personal Development
Hey Guys,

Today I wanted to share with you an amazing 4 step process for problem solving. The four steps are as follows:

1. Trace it
2. Face it
3. Erase it
4. Replace it

Trace it: when you see that something is not working, weather it's your business, relationship, diet etc, you need to find where is the problem, what is broken, which part is failing.

Face it: once you have found the problem you need to accept that you have that problem.

Erase it: once you accepted that you have that problem, you nee...

What to do with people in your team who are not ambitious?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, September 20, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys,

I often hear leaders ask "What do I do with people in my team who are not ambitious, who are not crushing it, who are not going for the top rank, for that car bonus, for that top income level?". This question comes from the assumption that everyone should be willing to go for the max. However, the reality is that 80% of people in network marketing have a desire level of £0-£500 per month! Ant that's their desire level - NOT ACTUAL RESULTS!

So what you must understand that majority ...

How to invite somebody to take a look at your network marketing business?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys,

One of the most important skills to develop in network marketing is the invitation skill. Now when it comes to either sending a message over social media or inviting somebody face to face there is two very important parts to include in your invitation:

1. Ask if they are OPEN

2. Give them an 'OUT'

Here is an example:

"Hey Lucy, we don't know each other, but I can see you are a nurse and I work with a lot of nurses helping them earn extra income from home without it interfering with what...

How to MOTIVATE your team to do more?

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Monday, September 17, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Very often people ask me how can I motivate my team to do more?

I personally prefer the word INSPIRE instead of motivate. Now, we all would like a secret word or a secret recipe that would make our team members recruit more and sell more. But the reality is that there is only one way to Inspire our team to do more:

It is to do yourself what you want your team members to do. If you want your team to sell more, you need to sell more, if you want your team to recruit more, you need to recruit more...

A simple DAILY PLAN for success in Network Marketing

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Sunday, September 16, 2018, In : Network Marketing
Hey Guys!

Today I wanted to share a simple DAILY strategy with you so that you can grow your Network Marketing business.

Firstly, it's important to understand that there are two ways how we can grow our business: PROSPECTING and MARKETING.

Prospecting is something that you do ACTIVELY to reach out to another person and see if they are open to either earning an extra income or buying your products. This could be done face to face, over facebook, other social media, email, whatsapp and so on. It c...

Hey Guys,

Have you ever heard a saying that "The rich get richer and the poor get poorer"? Well in today's training I explain exactly why and more importantly HOW the rich get richer.

But before I get into that it's important to mention few concepts so it makes sense.

Income - is the money that comes into your account

Expenses - is the money that goes out of your account

Assets - are the things that make you money

Liabilities - are the things that cost you money

There are three groups of people, f...

The Cashflow Quadrant

Posted by Gediminas Grinevicius on Thursday, September 13, 2018, In : Personal Development
Hey Guys,

Today I wanted to share some financial education I came across more than 8 years ago by reading books of Robert Kiyoasaki about Rich Dad and Poor Dad.

This concept is of the cashflow quadrant. There are for parts to the quadrant:

E - stands for Employee and represents people who are in job that pays hourly or monthly wage
S - stands for Self Employed and represents people who employ themselves
B - stands for Business and represents people who have businesses that employ people
I - stands...
