A flawed system is better than no system!

I want to talk about systems, because we already started learning about systems today. And we'll be learning all day tomorrow about systems like customer acquisition systems, customer on boarding systems, distributor acquisition systems, distributor on boarding systems, and many others are always 11 different systems that we're going to learn and how to implement them into the business. But as the title of this blog post says, a flawed system is better than no system.



So as I'm going to be sharing with you some of those systems later on, in some of our trainings. Don't be perfectionist; don't wait to get it perfect before you start using it. You know, it's better to have a flawed system that is not perfect. It's not working 100%. But there is a system than to have no system in your business at all because at the end of the day, some of one of the most important parts of your business is the system. Because if you're relying in your business, on personality, on charisma on this one big short leader on this, a hot new something, these things don't last, if you want your business to last a long time, you want to have systems in place that are there, because people can come and go from your business. But systems can always remain within your business and new people can use the same systems.
