5 Types Of Team Members

I wanted to talk about five different types of business partners or distributors or team members that you'll have joining your team.

Okay, so the first type of team members that you will have is basically consumers. And actually, a lot of people who will join your team will end up being just consumers, just using the products. So these people may join with the intention of doing the business but in the end, they will just stay as consumers of the products, which is absolutely fine, which is totally cool, because it's great. These people join your business, they consume products every single month and that's wonderful, it makes your business grow, it adds to your volume and turnover and actually up to 70 people out of hundred, who will join your business will be consumers. So that's the first group of people that will join your business.

The second type of team members that you'll have joining your business is social enrollers. So again, these people are mainly joining to use products, but occasionally they will recruit some people into the business and mostly by mistake to be honest with you. So they're not intending to build a business, they're not intentionally going to talk to people about business or about products, but sometimes they'll just be using the products and other people see them using products and they say, “Hey, what is this product that you use?” And they say, “Well, yeah, it's the business that I've joined.” And they will sort of recruit those people by mistake. And usually they will recruit maybe one to two people lifetime.

So throughout the whole career in network marketing, they just going to recruit a couple of people by mistake, which is again, absolutely fine, it's great to have these people in your team, because they’re using the products, they getting the value from the products. So that's awesome too. And b
y the way, social enrollers, about 20 up to 20 out of 100 people that join your team might be the social enrollers.

The third type of people who will you and your team are retailers and these people are going to actively be using products and selling products. So these people very often you'll see them doing a lot of volume, a lot of points because they will go out to sell a lot of people, that's the purpose of them joining the business, they want to be selling products, they want to be making money in that way.

And about five out of every hundred, who will join your business will become retailers who will be actively selling the product, but these people will also recruit a couple of people throughout the lifetime of their career, maybe three to five people, they will recruit into the business. Again, most of the time, not on purpose but if somebody asks to join the business by themselves, so they will go ahead and recruit them, but they not trying to recruit people.

The fourth type of team members that you’ll have joining your team are recruiters. So these people join with the intention of recruiting people, and they will recruit about six to nine people lifetime. So what you need to understand that most people who join network marketing will never recruit more than 10 people, most people, majority of people who will join us for marketing, they will never recruit more than 10 people into the business.

The fourth type of recruiters, they join, so they use the products, they sell the product very often and they also looking for business partners to join. But for whatever reason, and I believe mainly because they don't get trained, they don't spend time reading books about network marketing, learning about network marketing, they don't go to trainings, they never learn how to professionally invite people, how to professionally recruit people in network marketing and that's where they never recruit very many. They speak to friends and family, mostly because they're not professional because they say wrong things. Most of their friends and family will say, “No, I'm not interested.” And they will end up recruiting couple of people, but not that many. And about three out of every hundred that will join your team might become recruiters.

And then the final group are super recruiters. So super recruiters will recruit 10 or more business partners or team members into the business and an average is about 27 recruits for a super recruiter. So that's compared to most people, that's quite a lot of recruits. So these people will spend some time learning how to talk to people, they will learn some strategies and techniques on how to be professional in network marketing and they will bring a lot more people and actually, about 70% of all people in network marketing are brought in by the super recruiters.

These might be about two people out of every hundred that you will recruit will be the super recruiters. So as a business owner in network marketing, as a business built in network marketing, and I assume your business builder, if you're watching these videos, because that already tells me something thing about you that you're investing your time to watch these videos. So as a business builder, you want to get as many super recruiters in your team or maybe get is not the right word is to develop because you can develop a super recruiter out of a recruiter, out of a retailer, out of a social recruiter.

So somebody might join your team and be a social recruiter, or a retailer, but you eventually might train them to become a super recruiter, but you want to work on people and again, you’re not going to convert everybody, so don't
ever hope that, “Oh my gosh, what I'm going to do, I'm going to get 100 out of 100 to become a super recruiter.” It’s just not going to work that way, but even if you get a few more super recruiters, it can dramatically change your business. So you want to work with your team members and find the ones who are willing to learn what it takes to become a professional network marketer, to become better at talking to people, to become better at recruiting people because then you can develop them into where they can recruit 20 people, 30 people, 40 people, 50 people, 100 people into the team and that can completely transform your business.
