Have you ever wondered what a re the best posts for Facebook to grow your business? Here are my favourite five:

1. Value Posts

These are the best posts and you should always try give value to your audience. Weather it's tips, solutions to problems, your favourite things, etc. These could be articles, videos or Facebook lives.

For a video it's great to have following format:
-Introduction
-Ask a question
-Give the content (tips, answers)
-Give a Call To Action

2. Recognition Posts

Recognition posts are fantastic to get your potential customers or potential team members curious about what you do on Facebook. Instead of say "Hey buy this from me" you make a post something like "So proud of my customer Julie who just lost 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks using our weight loss programme, you are amazing" this will have your facebook friends curious and reaching out to you to as what is it that you do and how could they get similar results. Remember the goal of all of your Facebook posts is to start CONVERSATIONS.

3. Story Posts

Story posts are also great to get your audience RELATE to you better and to start conversations with people. You can use both your own story and other peoples stories about success in business, product experience or anything else for that matter. We were raised listening to stories and that is why our mind really likes story format. Agin you can tell stories on your Facebook by writing them out as an article or do a video and tell a story. It is very powerful and that's why you have probably noticed top marketers use this format a lot on their sponsored posts.

4. Engagement Posts

Engagement posts are great to keep your audience entertained and to reach out to new people through the shares. The goal of the engagement post is to encourage people to like, comment and share it. It is usually either entertaining or educational and easily shareable. It can be a picture or a video.

5. Call to Action Posts

These are the posts that most network marketers unfortunately use all the time. These are the SLAES POSTS where you are directly inviting people to buy your product or join your business. You should use these types of posts very sparingly as you don't want to start loosing your followers because they thing that you are too salesy.

Here is a video where I go into more detail:
