4 Tips to THRIVE in quarantine
I want to share four tips to thrive in quarantine that I've learned from Les
Brown last night on the amazing webinar we had with Eric Worre.
So if you missed
that webinar, these four tips might really inspire and help you. So yesterday
we had this amazing world tour webinar organized by Eric Worre over three hours
of content with legends like Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, Les Brown, and many,
many other people. So it was just incredible amount of information that we
learned, but one thing I wanted to share with you today what I've learned
yesterday was the four tips of how to thrive in quarantine. And that was by Les
Brown. And Les Brown is just absolute legend.
So
tip number one is mental resolve, mental resolve. It's not over until I win.
It's not over until I win. Read something positive every single day, invest
into personal development instead of watching the news, instead of reading the
newspapers and all of that.
Number
two, maximize your downtime. So now maybe you don't have to go to work because
you’re isolating yourself, maybe you have less things you have to do because
you have to stay at home. So maximize this downtime, use the time very
effectively, instead of wasting it. Now is the time to read up on those books,
watch those courses, attend those webinars, watch those videos in order to
really maximize that downtime to invest in yourself so that you can grow
through it, not just go through it, grow through it, don't just go through this
period of uncertainty.
Tip
number three, continue to create connections and communication. So even though
we have social distancing, it doesn't mean we have to be socially isolated.
That means you can have more conversations now than you ever had, you can have
more video calls, more new friendships than you ever had. So it doesn't mean
that because you're sitting at home, you can't communicate with people, you
should be communicating 10 times more, you should be making new friends on
Facebook, making new friends on Instagram, making new connections on LinkedIn
and so on. You should be expanding your contact list, not shrinking it. So stay
in relationship, support other people, stay in touch with people. That's tip
number three.
Now,
last one. Tip number four is help somebody, volunteer to help somebody. So you're
a messenger of hope, disrupt people's thoughts of fear, because people are
panicking, people are afraid, so bring positivity, just track them, dispute
this negativity and inspire people to
look for better things, inspire people to be happier, to laugh a little bit.
You know what I mean?
So if you have a way of helping somebody, if you have a
way of changing somebody's life, if you have a way of inspiring somebody, if
you have a way of helping somebody to make more money from home, if you have a
way of giving somebody more health, if you have a way of giving somebody more
excitement, then do that, be the light in this troubling time, be the
positivity in this troubling time, instead of adding to the negativity, instead
of adding to the pessimism, instead of spreading the bad stuff. There’s plenty
of people who do that already. You be different, you be positive. So that's the
4 tips I learned yesterday.
That’s my training and tip for you. Hope you got value some value in
