I wanted to share with you 4C's for network marketing.
So the first one is communication if you want to achieve great results in business, you have to be in constant communication with your leadership, with your team, with everybody in your business. If you're not in communication with people you are unplugging from the business. So firstly C, is Communication you need to make sure that you have constant communication with your leadership, with your sponsors, with your team members, etc.
The second C is Collaboration. So what does that mean? You need to work with those people who want to work. You know you can waste a lot of time in business, trying to make people work with you, trying to make business people out of people that have no ambition, have no desire to succeed, etc. You know, I've heard the saying they said that it's easier to give birth than to raise the dead. So if somebody in your business who is not active they don't want to do anything, they don't want to achieve better life, they’re happy where they are, then you just have to move on. You have to help the people who want the help, you have to work with the people that want to work. So second C is Collaboration. You need to work with people that actually want to work.
The third C is called Co-operation. So Co-operation, what does that mean? You have to be prepared to learn new things because if you do what you already been doing then you're going to have the results that you're already been having, you're going to earn the income that you're already been earning and the life is not going to change much. If you do same thing over and over again and expect a different results. That's the first sign of insanity, right? So if you want to grow yourself and if you start your home based business, if you join a network marketing company, what you have to be prepared to do is learn, you have to be humble enough to go, “You know what, I may not know everything and I might need to learn something new.” So be prepared to go back to school, to go back to reading books to learning from other people because if you think you know everything then it’s going to be very difficult to learn something new. If your glass is full is difficult to put something in it right, you have to empty out some of it so that you can put something more in it. Hope this is making sense.
And the last fourth C is Commitment. So you have to commit to progress, you have to commit to growing and really what commitment is, is doing things you know you need to do even when you don't feel like doing it, even when you don't want to do it. That's commitment right there because it's easy to do things when you’re motivated, when you’re inspired, when you fired up. It's easy to do those things right. But when you don't feel like it, when you feel bad when you have a headache, when there's bad weather outside and you still get up, show up and do the things you have to do that's when you achieve big success in business. That's when you achieve big success in life. Right? So you have to learn to discipline yourself and do the things you need to do.
