If you want success in business and personal life you will quickly find that communication skills can take you a long way. Here is my TOP 3 tips to become a MASTER COMMUNICATOR:
1. Imagine that every person you meet has a sign around their neck saying "Make Me Feel Important"
If you treat every potential customer and potential team member like they are important (and they truly are) then you will see how your way of communicating will change and how much they will start liking and respecting you.
2. Remember that everyone is listening to the same radio station called "WIIFM"
It stands for "What Is In It For Me". If you understand that everyone is looking primarily after themselves then your approach will change. Instead of telling people what YOU want you will adapt your communications to primarily focus on what THEY will get by doing what you want.
3. Give people what they want instead of what you want
It is so easy to get carried away and start selling people what you want, however, everyone is different and wants different things. So weather you are selling them a product or the business opportunity you first want to find out what is it that THEY WANT? And the easiest way to do that of course is to ask them questions.
