Success Is A Way Of Life - Not A Destination

I want to talk about three things you need to do or you can do if you want to get rich. I was listening to the good old Robert Kiyosaki today and as always, he shared a bunch of great ideas. But one of the ideas I really liked that he shared was three things to do if you want to get rich, and hey, who doesn't want to get rich? Everybody wants to get rich. So how do you get rich? What three things you need to learn to do if you want to get rich?



Item number one that you need to learn if you want to get rich is to learn to sell. And some of you go, “Oh, I'm not a salesperson. I don't want to sell.” Many people have these strange ideas about selling. They think that selling is all about manipulating people. It's all about pushing people. It's all about stealing money from people and so on. It couldn't be further from the truth. Actually sales is the core of the economy because until something gets sold, no factories will actually need to make it, no lorries will need to drive it, no shops will need to open unless there's a thing to be sold, unless there's a person who sells that thing, understand what I'm saying.

Sales is actually the core, but I'm not talking about sales just in terms of selling a product, but also selling ideas, also selling information. And firstly, selling yourself, because unless you can sell yourself, nobody will buy what you will go to sell. Item number one, if you really want to get rich, you have to learn to sell. Sell yourself, sell your products, sell your ideas to other people. If you do that, you will be one step closer to riches.

Second thing to learn is to use debt. Now some of you may think all debt is bad, debt is wrong. And yes, certain kinds of debt are wrong and bad like the payday loans and the credit card debt, very often it's super high interest and most of the time people use it for the wrong things as well. And that is bad debt. But there's also good debt, businesses that make millions and billions guess what? They borrow money all the time, from banks, from investors and so on in order to make more of it. So you can use debt to make more money, to invest into property, real estate and things like that. And debt over time can help you make more money basically.

And finally, tip number three if you want to get rich is to pay less tax. Pay less tax, and I don't know if you know about it, but people who are employed, the employees pay the highest tax in the world, percentage wise, they pay the highest tax because when you have a job, before you get paid, the government takes the tax first and then you get paid what's left? When you're self employed or when you're running a business, you get paid first. And then you tell the government how much tax, you're going to pay them.

There’s a big difference. So if you can learn how to pay less tax, I'm not saying avoid paying tax, I'm not saying don't pay tax, but I'm saying you can learn ways of paying less tax, again, that can help you to become very, very wealthy. So these are the three strategies that I wanted to share with you in order for you to get rich.
